Located in Snohomish Washington, just minutes from Pacific Northwest favorites like Seattle; Vancouver, British Columbia, the Olympic Peninsula; and whale watching in the San Juan Islands.

Our home is nicely decorated. We have a comfortable couch to sit back and relax while you watch the kids play in the pool. The tile floors are warmed with radiant heat, so your toes will never be cold in the winter and can stay cool in the summer. Lay back and enjoy sunning next to your own private pool. Or soak in the two person jetted master bathtub.

With four bedrooms and three and a quarter baths, this home includes a king-size master bedroom with private bath, one queen, and one full, and two twin-size beds. The main great room and formal living room are perfect for reading by the fire, watching videos, or playing games. Enjoy a beautiful getaway with all the amenities of home without all the hassle.

'The Bluest Skies you've ever seen are in Seattle': There are so many great reasons to visit Snohomish County. Easy access from the highway to all your destination. Life doesn't get much better than this - at least that's our opinion. The Main house is a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath which will sleep up to 10 guests and the additional Guest house is a 1 bedroom 1 bath which will sleep 4 plus guests. The loft in the guest house could sleep 2 more children or young adults. Please inquire for more information.

ATV's & Jet Skis's 'Wow how Fun': If your looking to have some fun on ATV's or Jet Ski's, just ask us. There is a local company that rents these fun toys and close to the house.

We also have a Massage Therapist that will come to the house too... You can have a enjoyable massage after a great day of Jet skiing...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at this property in Seattle. It was an excellent layout for my wife and I and our three kids. It had lots of room for everyone. It was close to the major roads to get anywhere in and around Seattle. The town was close and had all the necesities. It was so great to have a beautiful home to come back to after a day of exploring Seattle. We could relax, BBQ, and go for a swim. Then we could enjoy a hot tub to finish the day off. The only tough thing was leaving this property to go home!! We would definitely recommend this house to families and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle for a vacation.

Great Family Vacation Rental

For the last 6 years, my whole family (parents, siblings and their kids) have been getting together for a vacation over the holidays. We have rented many different homes and have liked this the best. The location is great (close to all major attractions for kids and teens), close to downtown Snohomish and downtown Seattle, the beach, etc. As well, the house is spacious, good sized rooms with plenty of places to sleep comfortably. The central family room is large enough for our big family to watch TV, movies or play games together. With an extended family whose kids range in age from 2 yrs old to 20 yrs old, the house provided entertainment for everyone…pool was great, lots of other games and books provided. The owner was very easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this property when staying in Snohomish/Seattle area.

My family had a wonderful stay. Everything promised was delivered and more! A heated pool, close to the beachs, a quiet and safe neighborhood, a clean house, all the ammentities, close to shopping, and the owner was close by and was extremely accommodating to our questions and needs. Highly recommended to a large family or two families, as plenty of room. A great experience for our family of five and have promised the kids we will be back soon. Next time I will sneak out for golf at the nice courses nearby.

Excellent vacation home!!

This place was excellent. I went with my wife and 3 kids and there was more than enough room. We cooked out on the patio and invited a few friends over. The house was clean and well kept. There was a grocery store down the street which made it easy to shop for food. We will definately be staying here again. :)

We had a wonderful time... this house was more than we expected. Very clean and bright... the pool was great and the kids had a great time... Shopping was very close but we felt like we were the only ones around.. Guest house was private and didn't even know it was there. We will come back to this home again and again if the owners will let us...:) Would recommend this to everyone... great floor plan in the house too.

We were so delighted when we stepped into this home. Much better than the photos. We had a wonderful time and the pool area was just great. We will come back to this home next year for sure....

This property was fair value for our gathering. We had from 7-10 people at any one time. The time of year was great, had only 1 day of rain. The pool area was very comfortable for entertaining and spending the day around. Being close to Monroe was a plus with plenty of grocery stores and other retails stores available. We were about 40 minutes on a good day from downtown Seattle and only 15 minutes for Everett. Great location, good value and pleasant owners to work with. Would consider again if and when we might be back in that area.
