Wonderful Birthday Party!

Our family came to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday and we wanted a nice place close to all the theme parks and fun spots in Orlando for the weekend. This condo had everything just right and most of all it was very very clean and very spacious. It made our days of celebrating a joy to relax and have a great place enjoy. The pool and pavilion is just a quick walk and there is also a grocery plaza you can walk to too. The owners were a pleasure to work with and we will be back for sure. Thank you Jim for a great stay!!!

Wonderful accomodations

We arrived with great expections of this condo and the grounds because of the pictures we saw on line and it was everything we thought it would be and more. The condo was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, etc. We stayed in a hotel the night before our flight was scheduled to leave and the room was way to small for the 5 of us. So when we walked into our condo and saw how spacious it was we were smiling. The kids had their own rooms and bathrooms. WE enjoyed the hot tub every night after walking all day at the parks. I would definately recommend this condo to everyone.

Luxurious Condo at an Amazing Price

We just returned from Orlando, where we stayed at this condo for 5 days. This condo is amazing! It far exceeded my expectations! The pictures don't do it justice. The condo is VERY LARGE. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are huge. The bathrooms are huge and very modern/well updated! The kitchen is also new with stainless steel appliances. The property was very clean, and I do not use this term lightly. I have stayed at other condo properties that were not clean. The resort has 2 pools, with one pool located very closely to this condo, which is nice because the resort is huge! The large Publix grocery store is also located on the resort property, within a 5 minute walk from the condo. Super convenient. Universal Studios is only 3 miles away. Disneyworld is only 6-7 miles away.
The owners are very nice, and we had direct contact with them as opposed to speaking with a manager. I liked that. We called them with 2 questions completely unrelated to the condo, and Jim was more than helpful both times.

Excellent Place to Stay!

We stayed here for ten days. The three bedrooms were great for our family of four and it was so nice to have a "home" to come to at the end of a long day. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Jimmy was great to deal with and returned my calls/e-mails in a timely manner. Our flight got cancelled and the condo had not been rented out so we were able to stay an extra couple of days at the condo instead of a hotel. Jimmy was also flexible with our booking days which was nice. I think some of the units must be time shares because they limited us to certain days for check in/check out. The kids hung out at the pool and we treated ourselves to Ben & Jerry's IceCream from the Publix next door :-) We also enjoyed some nice walks around the lake that is on site. We went to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the Florida Mall. All were within about 10-15 minutes. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. It is central to everything and a reasonable rate.

First thing to say is that the communication with Jim prior to booking was great. We had a few specific questions, and these were answered immediately (and truthfully!).
The Condo itself is superb. Of particular note is the quality of the furnishings, and indeed all the fixtures and fittings throughout. We stayed for 18 nights, so the full size kitchen was a real bonus for us, and meant that we did not have to eat out every night, particularly with the Publix being so close.
Prior to booking we were concerned about the reliability and speed of the internet, as we needed to keep in touch with our clients in the UK. Our concerns were unfounded, as the WiFi was very quick, and without interruption all the time we used it (18 days).
Never used the main pool, but my wife did use the smaller facility first thing every morning, and reported it as being very clean and heated at the weekend (it was December). The grounds are well kept overall, and there seems to be plenty of maintenance staff zooming around in their golf carts.
Overall a great Condo, superbly equipped and nicely situated. We will definitely use it again.

Perfect size and great location!

We stayed with my parents sleeping in the master suite while we stayed near our daughter in the other two rooms. This condo is perfectly located from Orlando International, Disney, and Universal. We travelled no more than 10 minutes to each theme park and returned to this cozy condo. We used the small pool area at Vista Cay Resort because it was closest to the condo. We practically had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. We worried about nothing because the condo had all of the towels (pool and bathroom), nice linens on bed as well as laundry and dish soaps. The grocery store is within walking distance making it convenient to purchase groceries and grab last minute supplies. We would definitely stay here again. The owner handled a minor situation quickly and he was friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for a great trip Jim!

Simply Fantastic Apartment and Position

Stayed here after been scammed on another property, Really pleased as it was a beautiful property with lots of room and in a fantastic position for all the parks and International Drive!!
The owners Jimmy and Marco gave us great communication and all the info we needed for a perfect stay!!
The pool and spa are just a stones throw from the front of the property and we all looked forward to them after a hectic day in the parks!! The spa was a wonderful!
Just outside the gates is a Publix supermarket which we used quite a bit..it has everything you could want but is quite pricey!!
We did quite a few of the parks and Kennedy Space Center which was fantastic and worth every penny!! We pre booked our tickets in the UK before we left and we did the trip out to the launch pad which was a must!!
We would definitely stay here again (hopefully soon!!) as it was everything advertised and more!!!

Great Thanksgiving

Our stay was great, the parks are right around the corner, great grocery store in walking distance and the condo felt like home. We felt so much more relaxed coming back to the condo after a day in the parks that you really felt rested the next morning. The furniture and decorations are very modern and the two kids called it home. We will never stay in a hotel in Orlando after this experience.Would recommend your condo to everyone we can.

Unbelievable Value! VERY clean!

From the first day we got here the condo really impressed us. The owners have thought of everything -little pictures of instructions throughout the place really helped us! The pictures on this site are exactly what you get -no hidden surprises!
There's a Publix grocery store just outside the gates -about a 5 min. walk from our door! There is also a really great pizza place (NYPD Pizza) that has probably the best food I've ever eaten at a pizza place!
The main pool is really far away but there is a closer pool that we liked better because it was quieter. We hung out there most days when we wanted a lazy day!
The kids loved having their own rooms and we found towels above the laundry set (we forgot to pack towels so this was AWESOME!).
The WiFi was really fast and we are a very connected family so this was important for us!
We were really close to everything. Literally a 5 min drive to Universal Orlando Resort, Sea World and most parks.
I will definitely stay here again when going to Florida -it was really cool to have a "home away from home!"

We just returned from a week long stay at this condo. We had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated...the pictures can't even show how large the 2 masters are. Since we had 4 adults and 2 teenage kids...space was important! Everything was wonderful...and the condo is very close to the smaller/quieter swimming pool and the publix shopping center is only a quick walk/drive away!! We went to Universal Studios during this trip...so the location was ideal. The owners were great to work with and extremely helpful.
I would definitely recommend this condo!!
