Great Savannah experience!

My sister, her husband, their Chihuahua and I stayed here for 5 nights the end of May and couldn't have had a more perfect place or location for our first visit to Savannah. The flat was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We also had a chance to view the 2 bedroom flat upstairs and that was equally immaculate and both flats had modern updated kitchens with granite counter tops. Robert could not have been more helpful. We fell in love with Savannah. You could walk to everything from this location! We hope to come back soon and would definitely stay at Robert's townhome again.

Oh my, where do I begin?
Robert and Monte are two of the nicest people you will meet anywhere!
The flat was centrally located, welcoming and immaculate.
The lovely pictures online don't do it justice.
Robert will answer any questions that you have about anything, and he's always good natured, no matter when you call him. His restaurant suggestions were spot on and were everything that you could wish for.
You can walk most anywhere from here & when you return from your ventures, you can either sit in the beautifully planted garden or relax in cool A/C.

I'm planning a return trip next year and I only wish I could return sooner.
Staying here would be one of the best things that you could ever do for yourself.

This rental is everything advertised and more. Beautifully appointed in every way. Robert cares about his property and his guests. Was always there to answer any questions and give advice. I had no idea how great the location really was. You could see 2 squares from the front door. The outside garden was so peaceful and I loved reading there everyday. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. We cooked most meals here and even grilled out on the grill provided one evening. The washer and dryer was very nice to have and new. The iron was brand new in the box! This was our first rental from Home Away and have a feeling nothing will compare to this property.

Our son made the inspired decision to give up cold and dreary northeast winters to attend the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in 2004. We came to visit, fell hard for Savannah ourselves, and found periodic excuses for extended weekends and longer working vacations. Consequently, during the past 5 years - he graduated but we are still coming back - we have stayed in 3 downtown hotels, and 7 different furnished vacation rentals in the historic district, found on the Internet, sometimes for as long as a month, and some more than once.

This is our first stay at this property, and we’ve just returned from a 2 + weeks stay. This is the nicest, most comfortable rental we have found. The apartment is confidently and sensitively furnished - an easy place to relax. The location is exceptional and at night the
neighborhood is the quietest in town. We look forward to returning next year.

Friendly owner, ideal location and a most comfortable rental. The apartment was all we could have wished for, cosy, snug, spotless and ideally positioned. This was a perfect base to get out to the sights and a friendly one to return to. All attractions in the Historic District are within easy walking distance and Gallery Espresso is a must for your early morning croissant and free internet.We shall be returning to Savannah and this property is the one we shall check first.

Gorgeous vacation rental. Excellent location. Very, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if one is traveling to Savannah. Robert could not have been more helpful, friendly, and accomadating.

If you are looking for a place in historic Savannah, and have two adults (and small children), and a well behaved pet this is PERFECT.
Just to mention some of the highlights:
Perfect location - close to Forsyth Park, close to a square for relaxation or pet walking, right around the corner from the Mercer-Williams home, etc...I think you get the idea!
Perfect living conditions- everything was spotless, the kitchen had new stainless appliances, new washing machine/dryer, the bed was very comfortable, a huge bathroom, a garden area, and it was just really cute. Plan on not using gas for the car, because everything is really close and if you don't want to walk you can take the bike taxis.

I don't often write reviews but the place was perfect and the owners really made sure you were comfortable.

This was a very well decorated and kept residence. It was very comfortable as well as convenient to all the area attractions. If I ever visit Savannah again, I hope I'll be able to stay here again! I would recommend this to all.
