Fun place for guys hangout

I was here during first week of Jan with my my school buddies. Enjoyed the house. We were mostly playing pool, watching TV and having some good time. They have great customer service. Some of my friends are planning to come back in summer.

Stayed for couple of days with group of friends. Place is one block from the lake. Spent entire evening there. Going back with loads of memories.

We stayed here for the weekend is Sept for a small family get together and birthday party. There were 4 families and in total 16 people staying. Its a huge house, one block from the lake which was great for kids. They spend most of the time there. Lake has tons to do for kids. Some of us went to near by Casino at night.

House has great location. Close to all major attractions in the area. We really enjoyed time at the lake which is one block from the house.
We were 15 people group and were able to fit nicely.

Big house,next to lake,close to major attractions

It was all girls getaway.
We spent most of the nights at the lake and went to casinos next day.
Very safe community.
Customer Service/Property Manager is great. We had a issue and he was there within 15 minutes.

Huge house with steps away from lake

We had big 15 people group but still were very comfortable in the house. Loved spending time at the lake which is steps away. Big TV, Pool table, awesome property manager were the other plus. Will be back in fall.

We rented this house and one more from same owner. Loved the location. They have a property manager who is great. We had five couples in the house. It was a blast!

Excellent for group activities

I stayed at the house from jan 22-24 and the house is in a great location, and they have great last minute deals.
Pro: location, price, size of the house(can fit like 20 people), the owner is an easy person to deal with.
Cons: no radio, foosball table was broken, pool table had only one stick(when I called the person in charge, David, he told me "play with one stick").basically there was no entertaiment in the house beside the TV. I sent the pictures to owner asking him what to do he said we would talk after the weekend, that never happened.
I booked the house because of the foosball and the pool table but I couldnt use it.
I like the house but make sure that everything is in working conditions before booking it

Exceptional Location ..next to a beautiful lake

Very pleased indeed. The house sits on a corner plot. Brier Crest Woods is a nice community. The lake is very close to the house. This will be a great place to stay during summer. In winter we enjoyed everything other than the lake. We plan to come back in Summer, hopefully next year. Excellent customer service. Thank You!
