Family reunion

My experience with this property was wonderful. My family of 8 wanted to stay together in Las Vegas and when I found this property I thought it would be perfect and it was except for a few issues for my handicap sister who is wheelchair bound. We had difficulty getting her into and out of the house because there is a 3" drop from the house to the garage and from the house to the pool area. She also had difficulty accessing the toilets in the house. Although there are 2.5, none of them are accessible for someone that is in a wheelchair. She had to transfer from her wheelchair to a walker, which is very difficult, to use the toilet. Other than these issues, the spaciousness of the home made it very easy for her to get around while in her wheelchair.
The house is well appointed and does not lack in the basic necessities. The kitchen is very spacious; the bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of closet space; the gathering areas, such as the dining room and living room have plenty of room for everyone. The 2 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space.
The house is in a great location and easily accessible to the strip, shopping and Red Rock Canyon. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The backyard pool area was very nice. We had a few minor glitches when we checked in and Alex, the owner, took care of everything in a very pleasant and efficient manner. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a spacious, comfortable home for a family reunion or a group of friends wanting to travel together.

Excellent Vegas Rental for a Family

My family and I just returned home from Vegas and I had to jump on here and mention that our stay at this property was an excellent experience. The location was fabulous, the neighborhood was super quiet, everything worked perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi were first rate (my two teen daughters second that). It's also just the right distance from the Strip...our drive took maybe 8 to 10 minutes tops.
I would highly recommend this house to families or anyone who's looking for a quiet home with all of the amenities that's just a short drive from all of the action. I look forward to renting this house again on our next Vegas trip. Thanks Alex!

Alex, we found the home very neat and clean. We had a pool tournament and Easter Dinner with our Family. We found it very comfortable and did the 2 mile walk around the golf course daily. We very much enjoyed the pool,spa & BBQ. The location to the strip was also excellent. We had a great time! Thanks

Very Comfortable and Close to the Strip!

Hi Alex,
We just wanted to say thank-you for the wonderful stay. You made the process very easy and you were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was very beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The area was wonderful and the best part was that we were close to the strip too. The amenities were great as well! Next time we travel to Vegas we'll be sure to remember you!! Thank-you and thank-you to the property manager as well. She was great!!

Hi Alex-Our NASCAR group just finished our third annual stay at your house. Like the two previous years our stay was terrific. Your house is clean and comfortable. The outdoor spa and pool are great amenities. As in the past, we took advantage of the nearby clubhouse restaurant each morning for breakfast before heading to the race track. Each member of our group now feels like your house is our own vacation home. We hope to see you again in 2010.

Our family love the house and the area; we'll love to go back on our next family reunion...we did some cooking and barbacue during the day and enjoy the night life of the Vegas strip.
The best part was, being able to stay all in one place and not having to call or look for each other to meet with your group (like when you stay in a hotel). Thank you!!!

We found the house very clean and in an ideal position for access to local amenities as well as ‘The Strip’ and all the other Las Vegas sites. It was also in a very secure ‘gated’ area which had the added advantage of well kept gardens and golf courses. We were visiting relatives, attending a family wedding and the house had all the amenities needed for a successful family holiday. Any small problems that we did come across in the house were very quickly dealt with by the owner.

Hi Alex, What a wonderful weekend and did it go fast. The house was wonderful and all guests fit comfortably. We took a swim every day and wonderful to have pool right outside the back door and right outside the master bedroom. I felt like it was a spa retreat. Both my husband and I are gourment cooks and found it challenging to prepare meals without an assortment of platters and serving bowls. We did find that there were two grocery stores within five minutes of the house. Also, would have loved to take advantage of the "Fun Zone" that was located in the neighborhood but was told that the owner of the house needed to give them advance notice in writing to use the facility. Everyone enjoyed the four days and we all kept very busy with the wedding. Guess we needed to stay a full week to see all the sights. Would love to come again. I give your house a thumbs up!!!!!!!!!

Alex, Thank you so much! Your home was perfect! My wedding was a smash, we had a great time. My son hardly ever left the pool. Troy and I hope to stay at this house again.

We just wanted to say thank you Alex for the beautiful home we rented from you. Everything was beautiful, clean, and the pool and hot tub were fun. It was everything you said it would be.
