We have stayed here one week of each winter season for several years running. This house is exquisite and the owners pay great attention to detail. We love to arrive to a beautifully clean, stocked and well-kept home. This is a fantastic layout for entertaining with adults and children. It's perfect for a group of friends/family looking for a destination getaway. The bedding is comfortable, extra pillows and blankets and each room has its own bathroom. The rooms are laid out well for individual families. The kids just love the game room which is stocked with stand alone video machines and movies. No small detail is overlooked in the kitchen from the special touch of spices, paper products, and kitchen tools to cookware. There is a large kitchen table for meals and extra pantry/refrigerator storage for making a Costco trip. Washers and dryers are throughout so you don't miss the creature comforts of home. The added touch of a hot tub and sauna really make for a luxurious stay. One year, the hot tub heating element malfunctioned and the owner was quick to provide repairs so we could enjoy it during our stay. We found the response time for repairs to be impressive. These accommodations set the stage for an unforgettable trip that you'll wish would never come to an end. The quality of the furnishings, recreation equipment, spa facilities, maintenance, cleanliness and homeowner attention to detail set this home apart from all the others. Did I mention location, location, location? Everything is within walking distance. Thanks to the owners for providing such a lovely place where our families have created lasting memories. I've been reluctant to share our secret of this gem of a find, but when we asked our children their favorite place to stay and they said the Sunriver house, we couldn't resist telling others how great this place has been for us!! We look forward to vacationing here for years to come.

For the last several years our group of 4 families spend a week together for vacation. This home was one of the very best we have ever experienced! Everything was great - comfy beds, spacious rooms, well stocked supplies, plenty of towels and more! We cook family meals most nights and I can't say enough about how much we appreciated the well stocked kitchen - it was loaded with large pots, pans, serving dishes, spices, etc. - made it such a pleasure to prepare meals for a large group! The second fridge/freezer in the garage was such a huge help as we did a Costco run before heading to the house. The location was really excellent too with it being just across from the Village we were able to enjoy shopping, live music, great coffee shops and more by taking just a short walk. Everyone loved SHARC - also not far away, especially by bike (thanks for supplying all the bikes - that was a treat too!). To top it off, the game room, sauna and abundant movies were really nice. We are already talking about another trip to #4 Backwoods in the future. Thanks so much!

This house was everyhing advertised and more. Our family had such a great time. The arcade games, community pool passes, multitude of bikes, and huge movie selection kept us entertained all the time. We did manage to get a few card games in, and enjoyed exploring the beautiful area around the house. We took advantage of the nearby country store and walked over for some great ice cream at Goody's one night. Craig - you had everything we needed. thanks for everything! We would love to come back!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying in your fabulous Sunriver home. The house was fully stocked (and then some) with all the basics one could ever need. There was plenty of storage for our 6 families (all coming from far away... one as far as Chicago). The house truly felt warm, inviting, cozy and extremely comfortable.

You were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with when planning this very special anual family gathering. We would LOVE to make your house the place for this event every year.

This was our 8th year and once again, it was an amazing weekend! It's perfect for our 6 couple group of friends to get together for a relaxing long weekend of golfing, spa and spending time with each other. The home is big enough for everyone to hang out in the living room/kitchen area. Everything is well stocked and all of the dishes and appliances are in great condition to prepare our family style meals. The home was clean (as always), with beds that are comfortable and cozy. We look forward to our stay next year!

We stayed at 4 Backwoods for my husbands 40th birthday with four other families and had a fantastic stay. We cant rave enough about the game room-- It was as fun for us old school gamers as it was for the young kids! The kitchen was extremely well stocked as was the rest of the house.
You also cant beat the location, it is so close to the Sunriver Mall, Country Store, Lodge, Main South Pool--absolutely everything! The kids also enjoyed riding their bikes around the loop and the many trails nearby. We most definitely will be returning to this lovely home in the near future!

My mom rented this home & Backwoods # 5 next door for a family gathering. The "thirty somethings" stayed in this house & they loved it! Everyone having their own bathroom scored high on their list & the location was perfect! The home being so adequately stocked in all areas was also very much appreciated. Craig was about the most accommodating owner I've ever worked with. He was an absolute pleasure. We would highly recommend this house to our friends & other family members & we're booking for next year........same time.

We've stayed at this house four times and it is exceptional. There are bikes, helmets, pool passes, hot tub, sauna, games, dvd's, TV's and tons of space. The deck is relaxing and expansive, the garage is big. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for an army and it's all good quality - not junk. There is soap, shampoo, shaving cream, TP in all the bathrooms. We share this house with four families and it's perfectly comfortable.
