Our vacations seems like a dream come true !

The condo was perfect and more then we expected. Clean and the furniture so confortable. The facilities on site were to much (pools, restaurants, tennis, etc..). We went to much beaches near by and totaly incroyables.

We hope to come back next year, and recommend this property to friends and family for sure.

Tank's for your good hospitality Mr. Kaske !

Incredible Condo

Karen in Florida Ft. Myers
Review Submitted: May 20, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
My three friends and I stayed for a long weekend in May at this condo. Steve met me at the condo before I picked up my friends at the airport. It was nice to not have to keep up with a key since the door lock is programmed with a number. The condo was very nicely furnished and decorated. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable! We didn't cook, but if we had wanted to we would have had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the water and boats going by. It was a nice place to have breakfast in the morning and cocktails at night. The sunset was right in front of us! Beautiful! We enjoyed using the pool next to the condo as it was fairly quiet and private. But we also used the main resort pool which was much more bustling. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is close to shopping and Sanibel. We ate at Charley's on the property, but went to Ft. Myers Beach for dinner the other nights. This condo is great for a relaxing getaway. If you like a great deal of nightlife right at your doorstep, this may not be the place for you. But it was perfect for what we wanted.

Spring Break 2009

Coach K White Lake Michigan
Review Submitted: April 26, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
I took my family here for spring break this year. First off I found the owner to be very flexible. Our plane wasn't leaving until 8 PM and he had no problem with us staying later than the scheduled out time. The condo itself is beautiful and my wife said it was decorated just as she would decorate it. The carpet in the living room made it feel very homey. The master bed is so comfortable! The resort is very well kept. We didn't use much on property except the pool and I must say it was very peaceful and relaxing. You are a little away from the action at the condo but my teenage daughters didn't mind because they din't have to compete for space at the pool and beach. We are always somewhat apprehensive when renting on line but I will tell you, if I go back to Ft. Myers we would definetly stay here again.

Total relaxation

Julie in Indiana Boonville, Indiana USA
Review Submitted: March 26, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
A week in Florida is not enough! This condo has every convenience and having basic supplies furnished makes it just about perfect! Paper products, soaps, lots of towels, pillows, comfortable furniture and beds, local information, all contribute to an almost effortless visit. The description of everything was right-on accurate. Seeing it was even better! Loved the door-lock convenience and not having to worry with keys. May try to do this at home. I knew I could contact Steve if any problems, but there were none. The location of the resort is convenient to everything in the Ft.Myers, Ft.Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva area, and getting from and to the airport is easy. A great vacation property! Julie in Indiana

Perfect first vacation with our twin toddlers!

Carlsons Warrenville, IL
Review Submitted: March 17, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
We loved staying at Sanibel Harbour! This property is next door to the resort, in one of the privately owned condo buildings. The condo has EVERYTHING you need except for food! We stayed for one month, and there wasn't anything else we needed...in the kitchen, bedrooms, or bathrooms! Linens, soaps, detergents, etc. were all provided! The place is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The quiet beach is practically at your doorstep...as well as the pool. We saw dolphins in the bay, while sitting on the lanai, multiple times while we were there. The property is the last stop before the causeway over to Sanibel and Captiva. So the islands are easy to get to. One of the nicest surprises I found was a brand new SuperTarget only 10 minutes away! Although we didn't have any problems, Steve was easy to reach and checked in with us frequently. He was very flexible in arranging crib set-up for our toddlers, with an outside rental company. We had a great time and have already recommended his place to friends and family! Thanks Steve!

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Setting and Location

CFM2009 California
Review Submitted: January 22, 2009 Date of Stay: January 2009
We just got back from a 5 night stay at this condo and it was just perfect...better than we had expected. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has all of the comforts of home - kitchen fully stocked, linens, extra towels, etc. The view from the lanai was amazing and adds to the relaxing feel of the condo. We stayed at the condo with two young children - the facilities at the resort were great (kids menus at the hotel pool, nice pools at the condo and hotel, calm beach with enough sand to play in, etc) and the size of the condo worked great for naps, etc. The owner made everything so easy and was great to deal with. We will be back again - may make this an annual family vacation!

Great Girls Get Away

Lexus Indianapolis, Indiana
Review Submitted: October 7, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
My girlfriends and I came for 5 days of relaxation. We are all working mothers and just needed some down time. This was perfect. We stayed somewhere else in Fort Myers in the past, and Steve's place was much more comfortable and homey. The decor in the condo is wonderful!
The resort is just before you go over the bridge to Sanibel Island.
We went in September, so we pretty much had the pool to ourselves which is what we wanted. We just took down our drinks, food, and books to the pool each day and made a day of it. The condo is on the 2nd floor, so it's not like it's a long walk.
The Publix grocery store is close by and we just grabbed groceries there. We also ordered dinner in one night and Steve has the menus in the kitchen drawer. We ate at The Beached Whale and had the crunchy grouper sandwich(one of the best you will get!) We also ate at Parrot Key and the jerk chicken and Ahi Tuna were to die for!
Steve also has tags to get pool towels over at the main pool which is nice because then you don't have to pack any.
Steve greeted us at the condo with the code to get in. That's another great feature. No keys to worry about losing!
The showers were great. Lots of hot water. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. I like to sleep with a fan and there was one in the condo. Sofas and chairs are comfy too.
I called Steve a couple of times with questions and he was ready with answers. We wanted to rent chick flicks one night and he gave us great directions on how to get to the nearest Blockbuster. Oh which reminds me that we had take out from the chinese place by Blockbuster and it was really good.
A couple of things I do want to mention is that if you are someone who likes to walk the beach for a mile or two in the morning, the beach doesn't give you that far to walk due to the fishing piers at the resort. If that's not your thing, than there's nothing to worry about.
Lastly, we figured out what No-see-ums were this year. We had never experienced them before and they are sand fleas. Some people are not bothered by them, but two out of the four of us were. We would suggest packing bug spray or Skin So Soft from Avon and I would say spray it on before going outside. If you don't take it with you, stop by Publix grocery store and buy some before you get to the condo. As pesky as these little things are, they did not ruin our vacation by any means! A++++ place to stay!!! We'll be back! Thanks again Steve!

Condo living at its Finest!

MarkAndKelly Milwaukee, WI
Review Submitted: May 28, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
Our family of 4 really enjoy Sanibel Harbour and Resort because it has got everything anyone would ever want when vacationing in Florida and... we especially loved this condo! The view from the condo is amazing. You see the ocean as soon as you walk in the condo door, with an ocean view from the living room and kitchen, as well the Master bedroom. The view includes several palm trees and mangroves to provide diversity in the view. If you like to watch boats sail and motor by, this is the place! The balcony overlooking the ocean is very wide and can accommodate several people, with a large table for seating as well as additional lounge chairs. You will get a sunset view every night, as the condo faces the west....awesome! The condo is very nicely decorated, very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance, utensil, flatware and dinnerware one needs should one decide to buy supplies at the grocery store and make this condo your temporary home. The swimming pools are always set at a comfortable temperature. The main pool, which also has a hot tub, has a bar and snack bar, while the pools closer to the condos are smaller and don't have food or beverages close by, but perhaps provide more privacy or lower noise level. The condo sits right on the beach, which is private to condo owners and visitors, and has plenty of lounge chairs available to soak up the sun. The resort has clay tennis courts as well as a spa, with a garden walk spread throughout the complex. The food from the restaurant and snack bar is very good. Get yourself a special blended cocktail from the pool bar while you are there....excellent! Shopping and restaurants to satisfy every family member's tastes are close by and easy to find, with Sanibel and Captiva Islands only a short drive away, as well as Fort Myers Beach. If you like access to the internet, I had no problem finding a network connection. I'm pretty sure that the Sanibel Harbour resort would be able to help accommodate any internet or office needs if additional assistance is necessary. Our family could not be happier with this Condo, as well as the Sanibel Harbour & Resort Facilities!!

A Plus Vacation Condo

Rick and Tracy Indianapolis, IN
Review Submitted: April 9, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008
Our family stayed at this condo for our spring break vacation. We absolutely loved the condo. It was very well appointed with beautiful furnishings and very comfortable for our family of five. The view was amazing and watching the dolphins and manatees were an extra perk. Steve was a wonderful host and even provided a few extras in the Kitchen (dishwashing soap and detergent, Sweet and Low, coffee filters, etc.). We especially liked the keyless entry - which was essential with 2 teenagers! The lanai was one of our favorite places to eat breakfast or to sit and read. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the beaches are very nice. We liked the location being so close to the outlet mall, grocery store and easy access to Sanibel Island. We have already reccommended this property to friends.

Just about Perfect

Genevamom Geneva, Il
Review Submitted: March 25, 2008 Date of Stay: March 2008
Having rented from private owners for a few years now, I know quality...and this is it. It was Great! No problems, nicely decorated, comfortable, many activities (or none if you just want to lay on the beach). We're glad we "rested up" here to tackle Orlando later in the week. Many new restaurants, grocery stores, and outlet mall are close by. It's like having a private beach too.
The owner, Steve came by quickly to supply sofabed sheets and also replaced two burned out lightbulbs in the master. We'll definitely remember this as a wonderful stay.
