Come and experience the Paniolo charm of Ohia Paniolo Cottage!
In 2006, we purchased our 1st vacation rental home which was Ohia Plantation House. Then in 2007 our neighbor decided that they wanted 2 sell there 2 bedroom/ 1 bath cottage. It was located close to our other home and thought that it would be a wise purchase. This was the beginning of Ohia Paniolo Cottage. Cliff and I decided to do a Paniolo theme which is part of the history of Hawaii.
We try to give our guests the best accommodations possible. This month (October 2009) we replaced the refrigerator and put in a solar water heater system. Planted hydrengeas in the yard and added new plants to the front porch. Cliff and I enjoy giving our guests a place they can call home. Not just a place to stay.
My husband and I love the cool climate of Volcano. Mauna Loa Estates is a wonderful and relaxing location. It's nice to take walks in the morning, close to the National Park and the neighbors are really great.
