Beautiful furnished studio apartment to rent in Saint Germain, Latin Quarter, overlooking very quiet courtyard, of a 17th Century building, a great way to spend your vacation in the heart of Paris.
This furnished studio apartment, with all modern conveniences and storage space, sleeps from 2 to 4 peoples.
Located in the historical heart of Paris, with its antiquated streets and narrow houses, is an immersion in a popular and lively area of Paris. In the apartment, you will find a map which indicates several places you can discover strolling through the city while avoiding tourist traps. Within a 5mn walk, you will also be able to visit famous sites such as Notre Dame, le Panthéon, the museum of Sully and further away (about 10mn) are the Louvre museum.
In the area, you can also find several shops with ‘good value for money’ (bakery, food markets and grocery stores) as well as interesting restaurants.

Perfect for a first trip to Paris

My daughter and I stayed in this apartment last week. It was a first trip to Paris for both of us. The location was ideal-- steps from Notre Dame, the Seine, and the St Michel metro, as well as a patisserie across the street for that morning pain aux chocolat and cafe creme. We walked to the Louvre, the Orsay, and the Pompidou, and caught the metro or RER everywhere else we wanted to go. The apartment was well laid out, comfortable, and clean. The arrival and departure process was easy. The neighborhood restaurants are a bit "touristy," so we might choose another neighborhood for our next Paris visit, but for that first trip a location in the heart of things was just right.

In the apartment there is a guide map and a word document with local recommendation for restaurant, groceries, boulageies patisserie and a typical Parisian market place Maubert to avoid tourists traps so it's possible to find many restaurant at less than 500 meters and authentic bistros and cafés outside Saint Michel quarter. The greeters remain also at your disposal for any questions and local recommendation.

We very much enjoyed our time in Paris and found the apartment ideally situated on a narrow, characteristic street steeped in history. It is very close to the cafes and restaurants but also adjacent to the neighbourhood markets, and a short walk to Notre Dame, d'Orsay and the Louvre. It is a quiet, warm, clean and welcoming home: a pleasure to return to after a days adventures.

To be honest, the location is difficult to beat.
The apartment is small,but quite functional as described.
Unfortunately, one should beware of hidden costs.
The owner seemed to state the total costs according to the number of
persons, arrival and departure dates in his offer for our stay in every
email we received. He sent an extensive contract, too.
Afterwards (on arrival) we learned that some of the surcharge items
detailed in the contract were included in the stated price, while
others were not. In other words, in all his email correspondence he did
not take into account all his own terms of conditions.
The apartment is small,but quite functional as described.

(Additional fee to be paid on the place, at the service provider at your arrival).
