Charming cottage on Paugus Bay at Lake Winnipesaukee. This 2 bedroom cottage with full size beds and a pullout couch in the living room sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Amenities include a television with cable, air conditioning, refrigerator and microwave. Outside you will find a large deck with table and chairs to enjoy a meal or just the view. A picnic table and propane grill are located in front of the cottage. Also, you can enjoy the inground pool and private beach with a day dock for your boat. Five minute ride to Weirs Beach and attractions.

We returned once again for the third time and had a great stay. Everything was the same as last year. Clean, comfy and so relaxing. Weather was great. Beach is beautiful. Best place to stay!

Best lot in Holiday Bay!!!!!!!!!! The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Everything was provided for us. We felt right at home. The lake was RIGHT in front of us. It was so well kept and everyone made you feel right at home. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. There was even an A/C provided along with 2 fans in the cottage and good thing because it was in the 90's! Couldnt of asked for a better week! I cant wait to go back again....!!!

The 4 of us really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean, cozy and very delightful. Docking for our boat right there where we could see it and everything to do within driving or boating distance. It was a very fun and relaxing stay and we can't wait to book again next year!!!

Hello. me and my girlfriend went up for a weekend. The cottage was adorable and it was a nice relaxing time and close to other recreation activities. i would recommend this place to a couple for a nice relaxing getaway.

We had a great time here. Great location, close everything but still quiet. My kids loved it! And there was plenty of room for the 4 of us.

Owner's Response: We love the cottage location and the peacefulness. It is located next to other cottages but when you are there you feel like you are all by yourself. We are so happy you had a great time. Our goal is for our guests to have a fun time and love our cottage as much as we do.

The cottage was cozy. The area is wonderful, close to everything and a safe environment. My Children loved playing outside so much they didn't want to leave.
