Wonderful week

CherylB Syracuse, NY
Review Submitted: May 19, 2008 Date of Stay: April 2008
I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation which was the last week of April 2008. The owner is very attentive to any problems or concerns. The screened in porch overlooking the pool and ocean was everything we had hoped for. The deck area that you cross over to get to the beach is well kept with gas grills, tables and chairs. People from other condos come out to watch the sunset, making evening very fun. One of our funnest nights was when we grilled out on the deck and made a night of it. I would have to recommend updating beach equipment with new chairs and umbrella, very worn.
Thank you, Cheryl from Syracuse, NY
Owner's Response: We are always glad to hear that our guests’ vacation experience was enhanced at least in part because they choose to stay with us.
We look forward to sharing our beautiful Siesta condo with you and your family.

Just a wonderful experience.

From reading the reviews my family and I were really anxious about staying at this beachfront property. We stayed for one week and listened to various guests comments.. they were all positive!
The staff were wonderful, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The location, excellent, lots of white pure crystal sand and jaw-dropping sunsets, that's pretty much what we enjoyed all week.

Tip: Rent a kayak or bring your own, you can go after the dolphins and paddle along!

Many thanks to the owner who was very attentive and helpful throughout this whole experience.

Great time and definitely recommend to all.

Can't Say Enough About our Siesta Key Vacation

needed a rest St. Louis, MO
Review Submitted: August 11, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
This was our first trip to Siesta Key and we will be back. Our fourth floor condo was nicely furnished and very clean. It was just as pretty as the pictures on the website. We needed nothing but our own food which we bought near the condo. The view, especially the beautiful sunsets, was great. The grounds to the beach were landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed sitting on the big deck and under the gazebo when not playing on the beach or in the pool. There were plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Our favorite dining was at the Bonefish Grill on Tamami Trail and Cafe Amini on Main St. in Sarasota. There were plenty of good waterfront beach bar type places also. We explored from Anna Island down to Venice and went sailing in Sarasota Bay. Would highly recommend Key Sailing (at Marina Jack's in Sarasota). The husband/wife boat owners were natives of Sarasota and so knowlegable about the area and a lot of fun. St. Armand Circle has upscale shopping and may be more for the ladies. I bought some very nice silver pieces at a fair price in the Village at Mount-N-Repair on Ocean Blvd. This condo location is perfect to get anywhere in the vicinity with ease. I took 600 pictures on this trip, but I'm a camera nut. We were especially pleased dealing with the owner of our unit and his concern that our stay was going well. Our experience was really a "home away from home". Thanks for a memorable vacation. Diane

Wonderful vacation

My family and I have stayed at this wonderful apartment for the last 2 years. Staying here was like being in my own home. Everything is supplied and there are beach supplies too and very clean. No need to purchase anything else except food. The view from the apartment is great so that if the weather is bad (not very often) you are still able to see the pool and beach from here. I recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to have a wonderful vacation in Siesta Keys and especially in Siesta Dunes.

Family Vacation on the Gulf

Review Submitted: July 11, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
My family (wife, 2 teenagers and I) vacationed at the Siesta Dunes (bldg 2 unit 403) the first of July 2009. The condo was clean, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, and we had no problems relaxing.
The condo staff were also friendly and helpful.
The owners were easy to work with and helpful, as well.
I would recommend this property if you are interested in a relaxing vacation at a great location on the gulf.

We loved our stay at Siesta Dunes. The well equipped condo was as advertised and everything was in perfect order. The beach is close and very nice for both kids and parents. The owner is very helpful and provided excellent service prior to and during our stay. We would definitely recommend it to others.

well kept excellent condo to stay in. We have been to siesta keys twice and loved it both times. Toms condo is in a very good resort. It is close to the best beach in Florida. The pictures are exactly the way the condo is. Some rentals do not show what it is really like but this one does. We will be back.

Clean, Comfortable, Spacious

We are four, middle-aged high school buddies who spent one week in your lovely condo. The condo is so clean and, thank goodness, not overly decorated like some we have found. In fact, the whole complex is beautifully maintained and what a great ocean view! We, also, thought the walk to the beach looked long, but it is not. The pool is large, and we had a relaxing, quiet week. Only drawback is we like an outdoor lanai.

Loved Siesta Dunes!

Review Submitted: May 16, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for a week in May ('09). I was so pleased to find the condo just as pictured - with one exception: I thought the walk to the pool looked like quite a distance from the pictures, but it took me exactly 2.5 minutes, including the elevator, to get there from the condo - not far at all! Also, the building that this condo is in is prime ocean viewing. We could look out at the beach and the ocean. People in some of the other buildings, or on lower floors of this building, did not have the expansive vista that we did. Everything was perfect!
