3 couples came for the Arkansas Derby racing weekend and Jeff was nice enough to put us in this beautiful home.The location could not be better and it was a wonderful home. We had a great time, we won, (he told us it was a lucky house), and the home itself was fantastic! Clean, comfy and everything that you could want. A great home for 5 couples to get away and relax.

The house is perfect for families or couples. The house is 3 stories which is great because everyone can spread out and have their own space if they want to. There are 2 living areas also. We had 5 couples from Dallas that all brought Harley's to cruise the Arkansas country side. We hope to be able to come back with our boats this summer and explore Lake Hamilton. Jeff was very easy to work with and quickily responded to all questions. We would all stay here again!!

Ove the long new year weekend we were scheduled to meet friends and family for an annual reunion at a Hot Springs area state park. Unfortunately, a winter storm closed the park 24 hours before our arrival. Just when we were about to give up on the reunion we found this and an adjacent property just outside of Hot Springs. Jeff, the owner was incredibly pleasant and helpful to deal with and, on less than 24 hours notice he had the two properties ready for us. He met us on arrival, showed us through the two homes and made sure we were settled in. The homes themselves were lovely and were more than ample for the 14 of us. We cooked several group meals in the two large kitchens and they were a pleasure to use. There were also supermarkets, movie theaters, restaurants and other services nearby - by not too nearby - and downtown Hot Springs was only a 10 minute ride away. Jeff was available to us during our stay and he was prompt with the return of our security deposit. We would definitely return.

This set up provided for a great retreat with each family having it's own floor, Grandma on the main floor, and our boat parked outside. Everything in the house worked great, looked great, and is well taken care of. Security deposit was returned in 48 hours - outstanding.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The landlord was fabulous. There were a few items at the house that were not perfect, the owner did everything right. He supervised the lawn crew when they were there, talked with us about opportunities for family fun in the area and when we called him with a problem, he was responsive, timely and professional. We had never rented a vacation home before, and we were very nervous about it--it was the best first experience ever! We will recomend this property, this landlord and this family destination to anyone interested in getting away for a great time in Arkansas. Thanks Jeff for treating my family like family!!!

We were fortunate enough to stay in this beautiful house with an absolutely gorgeous view. The house was fully stocked and very clean. I would recommend this house to everyone. It was very close to activities, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We held our first annual Marriage retreat here: 5 couples. Stayed for 4 days/3 nights. THE HOUSE IS AMAZING! Pictures actually do not do justice for the beauty of the home and scenery/landscape. The lake was calming and a great view from both outside decks. The upper bath was very nice with a jacuzzi tub and great separate shower. Downstairs has it's own living area and small kitchenette. We WILL DEFINITELY do a repeat this year!!

I loved everything about this rental. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had 4 families in this house. 8 adults and 6 children. Every couple had their own room and 4 of the children slept on blow up matresses in the lower living room. Plenty of together time space and alone space. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Outside, the deck and boat slip are very close to the back of the house. The cove was not busy with traffic and the children were able to swim without worry. The location of the cove to the big part of the lake was perfect. We did not have to go a long way to do our tubing, wakeboarding, launching, gas, etc..The owner, Jeff, was extremely nice and will answer any questions you may have. I would definitly recommend this home to anyone and will be renting it myself in the future.
