Perfect Condo

Baby Traveler N. Conway, NH
Review Submitted: November 4, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009
This was the perfect place to stay on a trip with my baby and mom. The condo was clean and updated and had everything we could need, the little touches made our stay hassle free. Perfect location and my son loved the pool and I loved that it was so close. Great stay in every way!

Searching for Paradies? You have to stay here!

Hawaiianer Germany, Bavaria, Munich
Review Submitted: September 29, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
We enjoyed our stay in this large and beautiful apartment. Every room has an elegant design and you clearly feel that the owner wants to give you a home far away from home - this was indeed our home for the stay of 10 days. There is a huge fridge, washer and dryer. Just some steps from the patio and you can jump into the pool. There is also a good fitness room for the residents.

The housing area is beautiful and compared to all of the other areas we have seen on Kauai - this is the most beautiful housing area!

There also is a Foodland which you reach by car in about 4 minutes. Excellent selection and pricing....

I would recommend this accommodation to my best friends!
Steve, Maholo for giving us a home far away from home!

Greetings
Sandra & Andreas

Great condo with a wonderful location. The unit had everything I needed, especially a computer. The beach and snorkle gear was a great bonus. The Kauai guide book was a nice touch, very classy. I can't say enough great things about this unit...looking forward to visiting again.

Thank you Steve and Sheri

Beautiful Place!!

Review Submitted: August 18, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
We just got back from having a wonderful stay at this condo. It is fully stocked with everything you will need and very spacious and nice. The master bath was huge and had a very large tub!! We had friends come over and say our condo was wonderful in comparison to their's (at other nearby complexes) so that was nice to hear. Steve and Sheri are extremely helpful and answered many, many e-mails I sent them over the past six months or so. They also added some personal touches that were much appreciated. I would highly recommend this condo and complex and can say it is one of the prettiest places to stay on the North shore. Having air conditioning and a garage were fabulous perks as well as having the pool so close by. Thanks to Steve and Sheri for sharing their home in paradise with us for six lovely nights. Mahalo!!

Beautiful Place at an Affordable Rate

Aloha Kauai San Francisco, CA
Review Submitted: June 5, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
I was surprised to find out that the photos of this condo did not do it justice. when we arrived, we were thrilled! It's clean, relaxing, adorable and convenient. This place made our trip so much better. After a long day at the beach or adventuring around Kauai, it was so soothing to come home to and we commented on that a lot. The garage is highly convenient and the area around the condo is tranquil. Easy access to the grill, pool and hot tub made it even more deluxe. Steve and Sheri are very accommodating and kind and it was worth every penny of this great deal. We plan to return in the future for sure!
Aloha and Mahalo!

A slice of heaven

Chef Kathy E Seattle WA
Review Submitted: June 3, 2009 Date of Stay: March 2009
Our first trip to Kauai and it exceeded our expectations! The condo is beautiful with easy access to the pool and BBQ area directly out the back door. Being a chef, the kitchen was well stocked, including spices, so it was easy to eat meals in. Cable, Internet, washer/dryer & the spacious open family room created a sense of "home" while we enjoyed our stay. We took day trips to Hanalei Bay and Kapaa and explored the northern part of the island, which was breathtaking. The condo is centrally located so driving was at a minimum. There is a Foodland Grocery within 5 minutes of the condo with movie rental which was awesome! We walked around the neighborhoods daily to see the nesting albatross. Have you ever seen a fuzzy football with eyes? Adorable! Don't miss a visit to the lighthouse. So many different birds. We visited Anini Beach several times where we planted our beach chairs directly into the low surf and enjoyed watching for turtles. Steve followed up once we arrived to make sure we had settled in and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you Steve for sharing your "slice of heaven."

Great condo with extras!

sela tacoma, WA
Review Submitted: May 9, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009
Steve's condo was within steps from the pool and BBQ. They give you extra's that added a nice little touch to our vacation. The beach toys and gear were just what we needed for the adults and kids, and it was nice they provided the laundry and bathroom toiletries! All the great snorkeling beaches are nearby and I recommend surfing lessons in Hanalei! You can get a great sunset view driving further down towards Princeville or go to Ke'e Beach. Thanks again for making our vacation wonderful! The Lincoln and Lee Family

Our "Hawaii Home"

RAnders Santa Barbara, CA
Review Submitted: March 5, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
My husband and I brought our 1 1/2 year old for six nights at Steve and Sheri's Princeville condo. The unit and location were perfectly suited for our needs. We were very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities and gear to borrow for our stay (beach toys, pack n' play, snorkels, beach mats). It was a relaxing stay... I wish I had a big bathtub like theirs at home!

Steve was very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Stay at Princeville, Kauai

surfer58 Fresno, CA, USA
Review Submitted: December 11, 2008 Date of Stay: December 2008
The location of the property was extremely easy to find. The new condo was in immaculate condition, clean, nice, and well decorated. The family/living was large and a great place to relax. Beds were extremely comfortable with tv's located in every room. The ability to use the internet was helpful with finding places to go and be able to still work via email. The porch area was very nice and the pool/spa was steps way from the condo.

The owner was extremely helpful with information and provided a wonderful book of Kauai which allowed you to find the true hidden treasures of the island as well as great places to eat.

I would definitely recommend this property to a friend, in fact I already have. Families would particularly find this condo well suited for them.

I personally enjoyed everything that I did on the island. If you are into surfing or boogie boarding, it has some of the best waves I have seen for beginners to advanced. Snorkeling is incredible, and the sea turtles were awesome. The hike on the Na Pali coast line is a most, but remember to bring some water and a camera. The Waimea canyon is breathtaking and the museum's are very informative on the history of the island. The food was delicious and the grocery store located in Princeville had some of the freshest and cheapest Ahi that I have ever had.

My sons and I just got back from staying at Steve's condo and we were so impressed! Steve place is beautiful and he had everything we needed so we didn't have to buy anything but food.
I would recommend Steve's Condo to all ages. From the time I made my reservation to the end of my trip when ever I had a question Steve was right there to answer my questions. He provided the best place to stay and great customer service at all times.
