We had the pleasure of staying in your beautiful home and it was an experience we will always treasure! Casa Esmeralda fit all of our needs perfectly!! I was so very pleased to find the home just as it had been described in the listing and appreciated your prompt, friendly answers to all of my questions.

The unique layout of the open floor plan of the main floor affords plenty of space without feeling cutoff. The unique 2nd level floor plan allows for quiet privacy. We loved the way the stairway split the upper level into two sections! Despite being 14 of us (with 5 of those being children aged 3-10) we had more than ample room to spread out, do our own thing and be comfortable as well!

Having a large group made the number of bathrooms offered in your home a major plus for us. The kids made good use of the game room as well as the den upstairs for playing their video games and we all loved the pool and spa and used it every day!! The conservation view from the lanai/pool only added to the already relaxing atmosphere . The beds were all quite comfortable and the entire home very clean. One thing I really appreciated was the two air conditioning units. They kept the home cool and comfortable even when it was hot & humid outside and we were cooking!

We came down for Disney but ended up spending over half our time at the house because we were just so content at the house. Emerald Island Resort with its friendly, guarded front gate and helpful office staff offers too many features to list here and is beautiful, peaceful and well-kept. At your home, we were close to everything we could want or need- Disney World, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations or gift shops. Anyone looking to rent a home that is clean, comfortable, peaceful, spacious, beautiful, unique and relaxing needs to stay at Casa Esmeralda!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your home in Florida! Your home was beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The desciption of the home matches how it is in real-life. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The home was extremely comfortable for sitting and gathering with friends. We used the large kitchen for most of our meals and had plenty of room for cooking and eating in the dining room and kitchen. There was also a family room upstairs in the loft. The home is in an area that has a community pool, exercise room, and poolside bar. The area was beautiful. My friends and I spent our time at Epcot and Universal Studios which were close to the house. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here to our family and friends, and would love to return some day! Great customer service too! Gareth was quick to respond to all of my questions. He sent me all of the information that I needed prior to our visit. Well what can I say that ain't been said already. This is our second time back to your villa and thank you once again Gareth and Kathy for a brillent holiday. Your villa is so clean and spacious. The new snooker table was just brill for the older kids in our party and kept them entertained 24/7! Of course most days were spent at the parks and your location to disney is perfect. Emerald Island resort feels 100% safe and all the staff that work there are really friendly. My 4 year old daughter said there are lots of beds and a wicked house to play hide and seek. I was there with my immediate family, all 16 of us and not once did I feel over crowded. We are all looking forward to our next Florida expereince and will stay at your villa again.

Hello Gareth. We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at Casa Esmeralda. The house accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. We especially enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and spa. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and we appreciated the security of the gated community. We are already planning our next trip!

Hi Gareth, Really enjoyed our stay in your home at Emerald Island - perfectly situated for the Disney Parks etc and we felt safe in the gated community. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the villa of a high standard with plenty of linen, towels,crockery etc for all 10 of us. Will definately recommend to friends.Best villa we have stayed in so far.Thanks

We were very pleased with the communications during the enquiry and booking process. The house looked great and was even better than we had thought from the pictures. Everything was in order and obviously well managed. We have been to Florida and Orlando on three previous occasions and stayed in the Davenport area (Highlands reserve twice and Hampton Lakes once) and much preferred the Emerald Islands location for convenience and security. We would happily recommend Casa Esmeralda to others.
