This captivating home is located in 'The Palms', a subdivision of Lake Davenport Estates in the Orlando area. This stylish decorated home sleeps 2-10 people. It boasts a spacious living room, eat in kitchen, dining room. and full laundry room. There is also an in ground, screened in pool with lanai.

The home comes complete with all linens, bath towels, all kitchen appliances large and small, and Beach towels. You don't need anything but your family and clothes. And pack light, because there is a washer and dryer. You don't want to be bringing dirty clothes back home on the plane!

Now you can experience a dream vacation home at rates you never thought imaginable. This vacation home is family owned. By booking directly from an owner you can save on travel agent and other fees. We pass the savings onto you.

The area is also served by many great golf courses.

I am an attorney who practices in New York City. I am married with two children. I have lots of pets that includes 3 horses and 2 dogs.

Here is the number one reason you will not regret renting from us.... I make sure my house is up to your high standards since you are spending an incredible amount of money going to Disney as it is. And the last thing you want after driving or flying to Disney is to check in to a house that didn't look a thing like it did online! I know that choosing a rental house is very risky, expecially now with so many houses in foreclosure. I also know that pictures can be deceiving on the internet. I know that you don't want to check into a house that has not been updated since the 1990's. I understand that if your kids are not happy, your miserable. I know that you want the owner to be on call 24 hours a day while you are renting to make sure that any concerns, questions or problems are taking care of. I promise that you will not regret renting from us. When you reserve your vacation with us, you are all set. There will be no worries from the time you arrive to depart. If there is an issue or problem, we will resolve it as fast as we can! Whatever I can do for you, I will. I will make sure that at least your 'housing' part of your vacation is stress free. Our house is clean, neat and attentive to your needs with the most smallest details in mind. You can call, text or email me day or night with anything you need. I am right here for your entire stay. Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful Holiday vacation at this home. We have stayed in many other homes before in the Disney area but this one was the cleaniest and well deorated home yet. Very close to the ThemeParks. The house made our vacation. Great to have our dog come along too.

Our company used this house for a business trip to the Orlando convention center. It was a short trip and we did not go to Disney. The house was close to the convention center and it was an easy drive to and from the airport. Clean and neat. No issues. Nice house. Grocery store was right down the road. If you are looking for good restaurants, go to Doctor Philips in Orlando. They have a Ruths Chris Steakhouse.

Perfect Vacation in Disney

This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken. The house is located so close to all the parks it was so much easier than staying at a hotel. We loved being able to come back to our own pool in the afternoon and making dinner in the kitchen. The owner was so helpful from time of booking to check out. She helped us with all our special needs and we loved being able to bring the dogs. The house was so neat and clean but yet it felt like home and not like a hotel room. The pool made the kids day! We loved the privacy fence around the exterior. It felt like we were in our own backyard. We had a perfect Thanksgiving dinner that we were able to prepare in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer made our stay even easier. The best part was being able to get in our car and be at the park in less time than it took the trams. We will be back again next year.

Wonderful Stay All Around!

My family and I just returned from a vacation at Disney. I was very hesitant about renting a house online. As soon as I walked in, my worries were over. the house is spectacular in everyway. This house has all the amenaties a family could need. There are pool toys for the kids, a TV in most every bedroom, internet, printer and even office supplies. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms were clean and inviting. the owner was so sweet from the beginning to the end. We will absolutley be back again!!!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is mega clean, everything is provided, spacious, homey. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to come back in the future. And when I say everything provided, it includes a ping pong table, bikes for the kids, baby gear, baskets full of travel info and local restaurants menus.
On a side note, there are many restaurants, mini golf, stores, theme parks, and such close by.

We stayed in this home this past week, and it was perfect for our family! It was clean, well-maintained, and the owner was very responsive to our needs!! We were able to bring our pets with us which was great!! (Most other rentals on this site do not allow pets.) The home was very close to Disney, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, theaters, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped if you want to cook vs. eating out your entire stay. It felt like home away from home! Nancy, thank you for sharing your home with us!!
