Spacious 1800s farmhouse in a premier location on central Napa Valley floor in Oakville. Located on a large picturesque vineyard next to vineyard owner’s residence. Perfect for a family getaway. Bike or walk to Napa Valley’s finest restaurants and shops in Yountville.

Fully furnished, 2700 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 full bath. Beds include 2 queen, 1 twin, 1 full, and a queen size sofa bed. There is a full kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room and large family room. It all opens up to the wraparound porch overlooking the orchard, beautiful pool, and surrounding vineyards.

We booked Barbara's place 3 years ago for a summer vacation & now I don't want o go anywhere else. Location, location, location. The house is set in a vineyard on a quiet rode you can walk or ride your bike into Yountville past long horned cows & acres of some of the best vineyards California has.The house is beautifully appointed and at the same time casual & comfortable. If we ever needed anything ! All we had to do was ask and we received pronto. My favorite part is the master bedroom upstairs with a deck that has french doors that have a view of straight down the valley. We are always happy just making meals in the open kitchen & enjoying the huge garden & pool.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

If you are looking for peace and quiet within the Napa Valley, this is IT....Charming, comfortable with a great backward to relax,great porch for morning breakfast and fabulous gardens. Easy access to every section of Napa, from Calistoga to Stag`s Leap and even Sonoma. We did not need to contact the owner, but she was available to us with one quick phone call. Was here with my (2) grown up kids and my wife to celebraste my 50th and we had a stress free stay......Highly recommended
