Welcome to "Casa El Rey". This house is one of a kind. Just built in November 2007. Casa El Rey is a place to completely relax.. or party! The house is centered around the pool. 3 of 4 bedrooms have large french doors that open right to the pool area. House also has WiFi internet.

House has an electric driveway gate for privacy and no other house's built around. It sits on a huge private lot. At the top of the property, you have 180' view of the Pacific Ocean.

Water presure is second to none. After a great day at the beach enjoy an endless lazer heated hotwater shower. The house is 2600sq.ft witch makes it a perfect size if there are 2 people or 8. If needed, I have a tour guide for hire to take you to all the site seeing and daily activities one could want too. See Monkeys, parrots and all sorts of wild life right in the backyard as it backs up to trees of nature.

The town of Jaco is just 10 minutes north for shopping and night life. Some of the best surf in the world is right down the road at Hermosa beach. The house is a 5-10min drive to surf. Surf the Tree, at Hermosa...or Escondido at 6am and have one of the best waves in the world! Stop in at "The Backyard Bar" five min away and enjoy a drink and the best sunset you could ever ask for. Also at the Backyard bar is free wireless high speed internet, so bring your laptop. Drive to the top of the property for yet another awesome sunset view. Hi Jim,

Well, I have written to Colin and Bryan, but not you, the most important figure in this rental ! Your home is fabulous and was perfect for our family needs. We made good use of the pool when we were home, spoiled Toonsez, who entertained us each day and enjoyed the creatures of the area. Henry (grandson) petted the tame iguana as he was busily eating the cat food! We saw the macaws fly over, lots of lizards, bats, toads, frogs and even white-faced monkeys in the trees bordering your home. What really intrigued us was the jungle in full song right at dusk. We could hardly converse for the myriad of sounds. Beautiful indeed.

Took full advantage of the activities.....zip line, rafting, Manuel Antonio (with guide), lots of boogie-boarding, dining in suggested restaurants, deep sea fishing (Lemon Zest prepared the catch for us) and shopping. Definitely helped the Costa Rican economy!

Thanks again for the use of your lovely home and having such good, responsible guys (Bryan and Colin) leading the way. It was a very special treat for all of us.......voted #1 vacation by our sons and their families.

Beatiful home, amazing setting, completely centered aournd your own private pool.
Wildlife galore! Got to see the monkeys swinging from the trees while we relaxed in the pool.
Colin & Bryan were great! Bryan was a great guide and brought us to all the best places (beaches, restaurants, sunsets, horseback riding, zip lines ect..)
You're very lucky we left to go home!
Thank youso much for an amazing experience! We all loved it & will be back!!!

Jim, (may I call you that) What an amazing place you have! The pictures are perfect and the location is just fantastic! We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. Also Thank you so much for sharing your house with our family. Our little reunion was truly a great success due to the location and security of a home. The pool was a welcomed daily event, and the stars seemed to glow brighter there. We enjoyed watching the macaws, tucans, and iguanas on a daily basis. The rest of our excursions were also great but the best part of the day for us was coming back HOME to your house. It was really comforting. Thanks again and we will return! Dude, Nice house!!! you have it all going on there. From the pool to the drink
blender its perfect. Also loved the endless hot water showers after a long day of
