My family had a wonderful stay at Rosemaries home in Malibu. There are breathtaking views to the ocean & the mountains, and we enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. The location was ideal for our stay to visit family in the area in both Venice Beach, and the Simi Valley- we were right in the middle and the drives were convienent and scenic!
I only wish we would have had more time to spend at the house, with it's professional kitchen and lovely outdoor entertaining area it is perfect for entertaining.
When we come back to Southern California it will be our 1st choice for accomidations!

We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a vacation retreat in the Malibu area. The house was well appointed and beautiful and provided everything needed for a home away from home. The view on the drive up and down the mountain was breathtaking and the location was great for easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. We enjoyed Sunset Restaurant at Zuma Beach, and Cafe Habana. The owner was helpful and made our long distance vacation to Malibu easy to arrange. We would definitely rent the home again.

Rosemarie, all I can say is yours pictures did not do your place justice. The views, the surroundings and the furnishings were spectacular.It was just what the doctor ordered. We couldn't have picked a better place to have my family get together. Everyone loved hanging around in that great kitchen and the downstairs patio was perfect for our Easter feast. We stayed in an amazing guest house that was excellent in every way, while attending a family wedding last month. What a warm and inviting home with a comfortable relaxing feeling and panoramic views.
The entire house is set up for being social and enjoying your family and friends, which we did.
We had lots of fun hanging out together in the kitchen, the living area and THE HOT TUB.
I could not have imagined a better location, a more delightful house and more professional service.
None of us wanted to leave at all.

THE bomb!

Our family stayer Here from the 19th until the 28th of september. It was the best time of our lives! We went to Malibu for our brothers wedding and the setting ot the house brought us back to Suriname: the plants, the mountains, the weather, It was the perfect fit. Thanks for this opportunity and experience. It really was the bomb!

Wow- what a beautiful home! The pictures hardly do it justice. A few of my friends and I stayed here recently to celebrate our 30th birthdays. We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home itself is gorgeous; ample space, lots of great rooms, and very nice grounds. We spent our mornings having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the hills & the ocean, afternoons soaking in the outdoor hot tub, and evenings walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the stunning sunset views. There are a couple of beaches just a short drive from the house, and we enjoyed the convenience of the location. The house is incredibly well-cared for and impeccably decorated. None of us wanted to leave!

The month has flown by and we leave with heavy hearts. You have created a home away from home for the lucky guests who have had the honor of staying here and enjoying such a gorgeous spot! Thank you for all the 'extra' special touches that we have all noticed and experienced while staying here. Our memories will last a lifetime. Our hope is to come back and enjoy your beautiful home once again. As parents of two Pepperdine students, we feel that Malibu has become our second home. Your place completed our stay during the graduation of our two children.

Fit our family of five perfectly

After two weeks of mountains, deserts, national parks, we really enjoyed being on the West Coast! And what a wonderful house! It fit our family of five perfectly. We liked everything about it and what a beautiful, sweet smelling garden!
