Great Times!

Our vacation consisted of 4 families, 17 people ranging from 4 yrs to 67yrs, and we all had a great time. Everyone was able to share in fun times as a group and then also have their alone time (when needed). House is beautiful and described perfectly in listings. We were concerned about distance from beach, but with the golf carts and bicycles, it was actually a fun trip each day. We also enjoyed being able to walk or ride carts around this beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed the lakes, whether fishing, feeding the fish, turtles, ducks or just relaxing. Richard and Theresa have a beautiful home and are great people to rent from. They answered all the pre-vacation questions we had, which helped make our trip so fanastic.

House was wonderful! Our family stayed at the Blue Skies Beach House in September and it was everything we expected. 13 of us stayed with children ranging in ages 10 months- 8 years, and the home was very accommodating to everyone. It had everything we needed for a baby (crib, high chair, etc.) The game room was awesome for the children and adults! The house was spacious, and clean, everything you could ask for in a home away from home. The owners are also terrific, available if you need them, and very considerate. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area as well, and the beach and golf carts were great! I would recommend this property to people of all ages with families large or small. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Can't wait to go back!

House was everything it was billed to be. It was new and clean and spacious and fun. Also, the owners are very accommodating -- during our stay we had a question and called their number and we got a call back within minutes. No complaints.

My family of 17 had a very nice vacation at this house. The house was very new when we visited and was in very good condition. The pictures of the house accurately showed the details of each room. The game room in the garage was great for the kids. The only drawback was the distance to the ocean (approx. 1/2 mile). The two golf carts that were provided were essential in getting around the community. The owner of the house was accessible and did everything that she could to make sure we had a a good time. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definately recommend this house to anyone interested.
Owner's Response: The Beach House is located in the fun filled community of Bermuda Bay-Oceanside Village. The homes are a Charming Caribbean Style and the Community is like no other. As homeowners and vacationers it is important for us to have a wide variety of things to do while on vacation. We love all that the community has to offer. With the childrens playground, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, bocci courts, exercise facility and fun filled community events for Holiday weekends such as the 4th of July Golf Cart Parade we never run out of things to do. We love riding around on the golf cart, looking at all of the ponds, ducks, turtles, cute beach houses and saying "Hi" to the friendly neighbors. On days when we have had a bit too much sun or wind from the ocean we really enjoy the indoor heated pool. Our first year we were renters, or second year we were homeowners. We had so much fun, and as previous renters have said, "We never wanted to leave" :) Now we don't have to. We hope you get to spend some time in the community soon!!! Who knows......you may never leave either......Hope you have fun!!

We stayed at Blue Skies Beach House to celebrate our family reunion. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The owners provided sheets, blankets, and all of the towels so we did not have to pack any of these items. They also had 2 frontload washers and dryers, so we could do laundry when we needed.
We had 18 guests in our party and had pleanty of room. Our guests ranged in age from 2 months to 85 years. We were so excited to find a house that offered something for everyone!! They had a crib, baby monitor, and baby gate for our little one. Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed the lower level with their own kitchen and no stairs. The homeowner had bikes and golf carts for our trips to the pools and ocean. We were also able to cook in 2 kitchens and BBQ outside.
There is so much to do in the community. The kids loved the playground, pools, golf carts, and of course the ocean. On rainy days we played in the game room right at the house. The adults loved the pool table, foosball table and gaming bar. We also stayed in and played a variety of board games that the owner provided for us.
Once outside of the community there is so much to do. Golfing for the boys, shopping for the girls, and Broadway at the beach for everyone. There is a great waterpark right across the street.
Our favorite miniature golf course was Mt. Atlanticus. It's a really neat course that goes in and out of caves and you putt in little tiki huts. Very fun!!
I recommend this house to everyone!! The homeowners were very friendly and helpful in planning our vacation!!
We would love to return for another vacation. It was very hard to leave!!!

This house is exactly like you see it and you get everything that is listed and more. It is perfect for a family and very kid friendly. The neighbors are all wonderful and the owner is very efficient and helpful. I wish all owners could be like them. It is a nice place to reconnect with the family.
