The house was exactly as described in the rental information. It is in a nice community, within minutes of Disney and surrounding attractions. About 1.5 hours to Clearwater & under 2 hrs to Cocoa Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. There was a bottle of wine waiting when we got there and the property was clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms are large and can accomodate 10 people easily. We paid the little extra for pool heat and it was money well spent. Our kids swam every day and loved the pool. We liked being able to see the kids in the pool from the living room, and the 2 master bedrooms (each had a door going out to the pool). The kids enjoyed the game room and it was so nice being able to wash and dry our clothes before heading home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to my friends and family. For the price, it is so much better than staying in a hotel. I wouldn't even think twice about staying somewhere else when we go back to Florida.

Just wanted to let you know that we all had a great time. It was very kind of you to leave a bottle of wine for us at the house - boy did we need it after the long journey we had! The kids loved the pool and had fun in the games room on our down-days from Disney. Jeff was caught sitting by the pool checking up on work a few times but having the internet access for a god send. This villa came to us highly recommended ,We found the whole booking process with Helen most easy and efficient and above all professional .This gave us great confidence in what we were selecting for our holiday. On arrival everything was just as had been described and even a bottle of complimentry wine was waiting !.The Villa was spotlessly clean and we soon felt at home.

During our stay we made good use of the pool which was checked by the pool company twice which was impressive . It was most welcome if we returned late afternoon prior to a return to the parks and the temperature was perfect ( We paid for pool heat) .We had two days of rain so spent an hour or so in the well equipped play room which was most useful.

As our party numbered 7, ages ranging from 52 to 18 the accomodation was large enough to spread out but still very homely. The younger ones made use of the playstation a couple of times which again was handy .

All in all I we would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an ideal location for a Disney based holiday .Calabay parc is kept to the highest standard and everywhere is spotless ,again ,something that impressed us all.

3 days after our return to the UK our Deposit cheque arrived ,again most efficient service. You cannot go wrong here .

Thank you for being everything that you promised! We loved our stay at your villa and hope to book another stay soon. The proximity to the airport, attractions and shopping was great.

Having stayed in several villas before we were very pleasantly surprised to stay in houseandmouse.com. The game room was fantastic - the kids had plenty to do on down-days from Disney and the pool area was not overlooked which suited my wife. Free wifi was great to keep in touch with the office. This property was exactly what we needed for relaxing holidays: quiet neighbourhood, well equipped and maintained house, spacious rooms, refreshing & very private pool, games and close to attractions/shopping. The owner Helen made us feel welcome and did her best to make our stay most enjoyable.
