This house was perfect for our off season escape to the Hamptons of New York. To start, I would like to mention the owner Billy. He went above and beyond in making us to feel fully accommodated. When my family arrived to LGA airport from Mexico he had sent us an email with precise directions to the doorstep and was waiting for us when we finally made it to the house. I would say it took us about 3 hours to get there from the airport once we had rented the car and gotten our luggage.
It was a great surprise to see that outside was not actually a door step but a door ramp. My parents, who although are not wheel chair bound, do have difficulty with the stairs especially after a long day of travel. Billy was there and graciously helped my parents up the ramp and right into the down stairs master suit. We were impressed to find that even the shower was handicap accessible. Although there are two rooms upstairs my children rushed to fight for top bunk in the basement suit. The basement has a full shower bath and a refrigerator, which the girls loved for stocking full of soda! The upstairs became our retreat. Each room upstairs has its own spa bathroom. I was truly impressed with the size of the bathrooms, the water pressure of the showers and the large half wall mirrors! We also loved the upstairs loft living area. The leather coaches were classic and surprisingly cozy and the 360 view of oak trees truly makes a relaxing view. My girls made much use of the heated pool, I was surprised to find that the weather is still very warm in September. A note to concerned parents, I had peace of mind about my girls by the pool because there is a security alarm which alerts you when someone has entered into the back yard. Lastly, the kitchen came fully stocked and it was nice to eat breakfast around the custom made copper and wood dining table that comfortable sat our family of six.
I would like to emphasize what a treat it was to visit the Hamptons during the “off season”. I was surprised to find great offers at the restaurants, and we even managed to catch the tail end of the Hamptons Film Festival, amazing!
Next year I will come during the winter holidays. The house is located just around the corner from the train stop that takes you directly to NYC.Billy also said that there is a luxury bus stop close by that is easy to use. I can picture spending the day in Manhattan and retreating back to the luxury and coziness of the Cube.

I was pleasantly surprised by the architecture, layout and space in this home. With 4 main bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can fit a few families comfortably with enough beds to accommodate 12. 2 living rooms provide ample space for socializing, and the natural light and tree views from windows on every wall make it a relaxing and quiet spot. While not luxurious, we felt that it was well maintained and clean. We didn't have the best weather, so we weren't able to make use of the heated pool. The owner was pleasant and easy to deal with.

When we first arrived for 4 day vacation we were struck with how beautiful the landscaping was. There was a large variety of evergreens each prettier than the other. There is a lovely walk to the front door and you could glimpse the pool through the shrubbery. Upon entering the house we absolutely fell in love with how beachy and comfortable the house was. Everything was spotless. It is just a terrific vacation - beach house. The bedrooms were comfortable and all the TV's worked perfectly. Including the downstairs are the house could easily sleep 10. The pool was perfecly clean and warm and the underwater lights made night time swimming a joy. To top it all off we were at most a 10 minute ride from the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The area restaurants were great and shopping is like being on Madison Avenue or Rodeo Drive. The owner was very accomodating and not only helped us pick where to eat but helped us to get reservations. The Hamptons really are special. We will definitely return next summer. Five stars in my book.

I brought my work group to the house as we were 3-5 people needing to stay 11 nights for business and I didn’t want to break the bank. The house gave us excellent flexibility to bring people in/out when needed as our schedules are constantly changing. Therefore, I searched a lot for a house that offered enough privacy, plenty of bathrooms and a good location. This worked out perfect; the 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms were great. Then, there was the 1/4 bathroom near the entry which was perfect for associates to use when they would come over for dinners. Also, the basement with the extra bunk beds & a full bed ended up coming in handy as we had some extra people pop in for a few nights. They were younger guys who didn’t mind going downstairs and they also had their own full bathroom. I am leery of basements so I wouldn’t sleep there, but I can see how it worked okay for the guys and would work well for bigger families who wanted the extra room for kids to use.
In summary, the house was very clean and roomy enough for even non-family groups like us. We used the pool more than I thought we would, it came in handy to relax after working long days in the sun...The heater warmed it up great and there were lots of whacky noodles to keep us afloat...We also used the BBQ and patio dining set a few times to take a break from crowded restaurants and would dine under the stars...
The location was nice, easy to get right on Hwy 27 , close to Amagansett and the beach. Our stay was during the Labor Day holiday, so the crowds made doing the beach during the day and riding the bikes, too complicated. I am sure this would be fine any other time of the year...We did however go to the beach quite a few times at night since the drive was direct to Indian Wells and permit restrictions ease up after 5pm. They allow campfires in metal containers, it was wonderfully relaxing.
The Owner is a great guy, very enjoyable to work with and responsive to my millions of questions. The house had plenty of books, beach towels and beach chairs to use. He even had the beds already made up with clean sheets, which some rental houses don't do. We will try and rent this house for as long as we do this event in the Hamptons, it worked out so well for us.
And for families with little ones, the sliding glass doors leading out to the pool has a very loud alarm to alert you whenever the door opens. This is to prevent accidental drowning and it was certainly a peace of mind.

This is wonderful house for anyone who wants a vacation in East Hamptons. A beautiful space, with cushy couches, a large dining room table for eating (and playing board games). It's very well maintained. The house was clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the house is stocked with everything you could possible need. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, make coffee, and there is a grill outside. We have a number of friends who rented houses this summer and we felt the price was very fair compared to other share houses.

No one wanted to go home...would love to come back next year....

We rented the house for 3 weekends this past summer and hope to do more next summer. (Trying to schedule one weekend for this fall!)

Billy is the owner and less than 24 hours after having a heart attack he was showing us around the house. Great guy and looking forward to renting from him again. We couldn't find something the first weekend we were there. Called Billy and within 5 minutes he was at the house helping us out. He lives right down the street.

I went with a group of friends for the weekend and the house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, the communal areas were comfortable and the outdoor space was great. In addition, the owner of the house was extremely friendly and accessible. We will absolutely be back!!

We are so happy that we decieded to rent this house for the long weekend! It was perfectly located near the beach, East hampton and Amagansett. It was also easy to get to Montauk as well.
The house was immaculate with 5 star hotel quality bathroom amenities. Everything was set up for us before our arrival which made the weekend great.
I can't wait to go back next year.

I was fortunate enough to getaway with a group of friends for a long weekend the past couple of summers, and stay in this comfortable and airy home. The house is gorgeous - my favorite thing is that there are 2 living rooms! Actually, my favorite thing is the pool surrounded by gorgeous hydrangeas, but my second favorite are the dual living rooms. The location is perfect, and my friends and I very much enjoyed staying there. The owner is lovely, and accommodating to return visitors.
