This cabin can sleep six: one bedroom with NEW firm mattress with European top queen bed, a carpeted loft with queen bed and stair access, and a futon (double bed, thick mattress) in great room. It comes with complete kitchen and bath, all linens and towels included, clothes washer and dryer, fireplace, firewood (I supply), as well as barbecue grill and patio set in backyard.
There are games, c.d. player, books, and great hikes. We also have TV and DVD; hi-speed wireless internet, and free phone service all 50 states. I also supply the Red Rock pass for free parking on trailheads! Check out the books detailing the hiking and biking trails and spend those gorgeous Sedona days in outdoor activities which you will never forget.
The back of property drops down to a dry creek wash where javelinas, quail and coyote often visit. With rains it becomes a creek which you will thrill to sit on our bank beside. It is a very short walk or drive to Crescent Moon Ranch Park with access to Oak Creek, an area open to hiking and creek access. It is incredibly scenic (full view of Cathedral Rock) and wooded as well Since the cabin is in a small neighborhood surrounded by National Forest, you can hike or mountain bike from our door.
Guest Comments: Marcia, we came home to find your nice note letting me know that we were back online with e-mail and telephone. Thank you so much for taking care of this problem for us. As you know, it was critical that I be able to communicate to my daughter.
We have enjoyed your cabin so very much along with the beautiful area of Sedona. You also have
lovely neighbors. David and I look forward to seeing you on Whidbey Island or here in Sedona. Corinne 4/2009

We're from California (Marina County) so all my 'new age' friends will love that Cathedral Rock was majestically sitting at our front door! ...all that 'vortex' myth and magic.
Most magic for us were our 2 times daily hikes into the Oak Creek area. I have always wanted to walk forever in a creek bed and to then plunge into swimming holes! How glorious to find this dream right here! so much stream…so many swimming holes magically showing up along the walks...so little time! Though we did have a wonderful week, and so many quiet areas of delicious sanctuary where we just sat for hours falling into each moment. Thanks for this great spot!
Our last day -- Gentle wind chimes birdsong scent of Juniper, warm breeze fluttering, yellow and white butterflies
Our little family of quails scooting by (above the table is a rocky mountain juniper - can live up to 1500 years). Don't forget to sit out late with the stars...
...and the full moon! Sandy
Moving from Puget Sound to the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ) in 1989, left my family longing for a cool, wooded getaway. I bought and renovated this cabin (built in 1960), in 1997 and have had hundreds of truly happy guests stay here, leaving us the occasional available weekend! I love sitting by a cool evening fireside with my dachshunds -- you will too!
We adored Sedona and the hikes, the creek, the activities and the year round great climate. We hike right from our background either into a box canyon leading to hills with magnificent views or to Crescent Moon Recreation Area where we can swim in Oak Creek, visit Stupas, photograph some of the best views and ecosystems Sedona offers. We also benefit from the VORTEX energy!
Direct vortex path from stunning Cathedral Rock and short walking distance to Oak Creek certainly affects energy and consciousness. I love sharing this amongst the other benefits of a genuine cabin on wooded acreage and a view that leaves me breathless.
