Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Thanks to all of our previous guests for your loyalty. The best compliment are the repeat Guests.. If you have not stayed with us before you will be amazed!! 4 swimming pools 1 Heated and 1 kiddie fun Pool and 28 person Hot Tub- Yes this is just the beginning of the luxuries offered at Laketown Wharf. New Additions are the Game Room, Pool Bar, Fun Patrol at pool and arts and crafts offered. The interior of our condos set us apart from the rest. High end decor and mattresses for a wonderful nights sleep!!!! .

Why Marianne Kane chose Lake Town Wharf

We bought in Laketown Wharf because we believe in this project. It was just a trailor in a parking lot when we were visiting PCB. We could have bought in any condo resort and chose Laketown Wharf because of the incredible vision of a whole town in its own resort and easy access to the beach. I love the ocean but dont like it in my living room. The idea of having a grassy area for my kids and chi to play around was ideal and for safety. If one of the kids got loose per se...they would have to cross the street before attempting an unattended swim in the ocean!! I also can relax in Georgia knowing the my biggest investments (Kane Condos) have a much greater chance of surviving a hurricane. In the future if I decide to live permantly in PCB my dream is to have it right across the street...the view is great but the sand will not forever be on my car or in my house. I feel like we have the best of both worlds...we get all of the benefits without the hassles!!

What makes this condo unique

amenities!! 5 swimming pools (1 heated) I love that choice. Each has its own advantages and beautiful views. the 28 person hot tub!! ! that is unheard of!! fitness room...A MUST!! private lake with water light show...how unique!! I can sit for hours and watch the lake as I can the ocean...whole other worlds out there!! Our service...valet parking, EATING on siteat the pool bar and grill.

IN LOVE!!

This year my family and I decided to take a break from the norm (our yearly Myrtle Beach trip) and come here for a change of scenery. From the moment we opened the door, everyone was in love. My girls, 6 and 5, even referred to the condo as "home" instead of "the room". We enjoyed the "homey" feel, the lake view, the light show, the pools.....OMG! I could go on and on! I would definitely love to visit again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Everything and more than what we expected, would definitely recommend this condo to others.
The owners were a delight to work with.

Thank you so much Mrs. Kane for everything. We loved your condo and had a great time (but also made sure to leave everything the way we found it). We had everything we needed in the condo and kitchen, and the condo itself was very spacious. The resort was very relaxing (it seemed like there were less spring breakers there, but that was a good thing) and it was on the most perfect location right across the street from Pineapple Willy's! We enjoyed staying in your condo on the other side of the strip a lot more than our usual rental condo in Edgewater. I look forward to renting from you again!

Hi Miss Kane! First of all I would like to tell you how much we enjoyed your place last week! It was very nice and it was wonderful almost having the place to ourselves. We would definately like to return. I work at the airport and have told everyone about the place and saw your new posting for it on craigslist...I have several people interested in renting one of the condo's we would like to know what weeks are open right now? I have many people asking! Can I get a week free for all the referrals? JUST KIDDING!!! If you could get back with me today would be great, they are all planning their vacation days to take and want to know. Thank you ma'am.

Bill, Everything went great. Thanks for the rental. Your place is really nice. My son and his friend (16) will always remember that trip. I let them come and go a lot down there. There were really not a lot of people at all on vacation compared to other times I've been. That was nice. I guess gas is just too expensive, and that's not a place where people drive. I'll keep your email just in case your still looking to rent next summer. Sam

Hey there guys... we love this place! We were just wondering if Sunday, the 1st of June was available, we would love to stay for one more day!
