Far better than adequate!

This is such a lovely place perfectly located away from the noise and yet right next to all that Waikiki has to offer. Within walking distance to the whole area - the zoo is right across the street and I enjoyed listening to the exotic birds in the morning . We enjoyed everything about the condo and it immediately became our home away from home. The beach is only a minute away (and this one is not crowded). Danny is a great guy to do business with and, with his pricing policy, is probably doing a better job at keeping his condo rented out. We would certainly rent this condo again. Thanks, Danny, for sharing your little bit of heaven with the rest of us.

First of all, one thing you have to know about the owner of this unit. He will do as much as he can to make your stay as enjoyable and luxurious as he can. I took my wife to hawaii for our honeymoon in September. We arrived, and the unit was incredible. Beautiful marble floors, a great kitchen with everything you could ask for. A closet full of equipment to enjoy the beach, and a very comfortable and large bed. The location is fantastic! From the room to the beach is less than 2 minutes of walking! There is a great burger joint literally downstairs!(Best shakes of all time) And an abc store right around the corner. It is also located right next to the bus stop. We did not rent a car and did not regret that for a second. Very little noise from the town since your on the edge of it, yet it is less than a 10 minute walk to the international market and several fine dining experiences. Overall the unit was fantstic, Daniel was as kind and helpful as he can possibly be, and my wife and I had as incredible a honeymoon as we could possibly have. I would love to go back and stay at this wonderful rental.

The Condo was beautifully decorated. The towels were plush and the bed and shower the best. The hotel itself is a little older but is still very well taken care of. Great for walking distance to the stores and beach. There was a Safeway close by so we were able to get some groceries. I highly recomend this condo for all of the above reasons and for economic reasons as well. My husband and I were very happy the the place and location and services of the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed the condo very much. Having the Kitchenette was great, we didn't cook a meal but did warm up leftovers and snacked on some local delicacies. The room was very well appointed as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too. The location is the best, we did lots of walking in the park and down Kalakaua. The 10 floor observation deck was enjoyable as well. There was some minor noise from the surrounding area but considering the value and comfort of this condo it was well worth our patience. We would consider staying here again for sure.

What a great condo! It is in the perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, zoo and the bus. The condo was just as described in the listing and was very clean and the owner was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property to friends, family, anyone. We loved how close it was to the beach and in just a short walk you were in the middle of great shopping and lots of choices for restaurants. The worst part was trying to decide what to eat. Most of the attractions were in the vicinity of the condo and the rest were not too far away, easy for car or bus. We used both, plus you could rent mopeds on lemon st. which is right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed the view from the sundeck. Great view of Diamondhead, Zoo, and the beach. Overall we had a great time and a big part was because of this condo with the price, location and the great customer service from the owner. Can't wait to come back.

What a great find this was! The location at the end of the strip was perfect. Everything was within walking distance whether you are looking for shopping, beach activities, restaurants, or just some peace and quiet at the park.

The unit was a perfect size for 2 people, might be tight for any more than that. We found it to be very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was a nice luxury as many Hawaiian homes do not have it.

There was so much to do we never made it to the pool or sundeck so I cannot comment on those. All else was great. There was even a beach umbrella, some camping chairs and a boogie board in the closet which was a great surprise so we didn't have to rent those items. Everything was taken care of to make this a wonderful trip.

I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends.

My wife and I stayed here in June 2009 for a week and had a great time. The condo was in a excellent location just a short walk to everything. Anything needed to make our stay more enjoyable was included. This was our first time not staying at a resort and to be honest from now we will be looking here first. The owner had great communication and customer service was the best. The kitchen had everything required to cook or make anything, but on holidays recommend eating at Cheeseburger in Paradise on the main street. Highly recommend this place for anyone. Thanks again

I booked this unit for my parents visiting from Germany. I was positive surprised about how clean the Apartment was compared to others I have rented in Waikiki and elsewhere in Hawaii. Also it is nicely decorated and has all you need for a perfect stay. I would definitely book it again. My parents loved it!!!!
