Amazing

My girlfriends and I all had the pleasure of staying in one of these gorgeous suites for a week. The house itself is huge, bright and excellently designed. It is also filled with charming family photos that make it feel homey. The beds and couches are all super comfortable. The location of the house is perfect. The private beach is basically right out front where you can relax and catch some rays, while a five minute walk brings you to a small town with everything you could possibly want. There is a market within walking distance as well as a street full of bars and restaurants. My friends and I had a lot of fun at the Martini Bar which has outdoor dancing. Most of the places had great live music. The owner has truly thought of everything right down to each bike having a water bottle. She is also super nice and easy to get in touch with. Everything was perfect at Casa and I will cherish the memories I made with my friends here. I hope I will get a chance to go back next year!!!!!

Amazing vacation in the most beautiful house!!!

Absolutely gorgeous house!!! Had EVERYTHING we needed as far as amenities, very clean, beautifully decorated! Location was perfect, just across the street from the beach. Owner ways always on call for anything we needed and a great host! I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend, the house in itself is a vacation! Large private pool, showers, table space, grill, and more than enough room nine girls :) We didn't have a car and were able to easily walk anywhere we wanted to go. Went to many restaurants with great food! Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing place to vacation in Siesta Keys

Review Submitted: June 24, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
I've never stayed at a more gorgeous rental in all my vacation experiences. The actual house was decorated so ornately, with every little detail payed attention to, to give the renter the most aesthetically pleasing experience possible. Yet, the house environment created a comfortable feeling, which kept one relaxed and calm.

I especially enjoyed the private pool that the house offers. I underestimated the strength of the sun, and it was nice to be able to sit under the shade of the umbrellas and have the tables available as well to read a book or magazine.

The 2 minute walk to the beach, and 7 minute walk to the heart of town highlighted the other benefits of Casa de Mariposa. As a college Senior, the house definately met my needs for proximity to good nightlife/entertainment and unique restaurants.

Everything in the house was more than well maintained and stocked, whether it be in terms of bedding, kitchen tools, or beach gear.

My overall experience at this rental was phenomenal and I would be lucky to return again. I recommend it to any and all ages, whether you are on a honeymoon, or taking a trip with your girlfriends, this house appeals to all audiences and guarantees a spectacular vacation.

Best of the beach

We could not have hoped for a more beautiful home to enjoy the perfect beach of Siesta Key. The beautifully decorated contemporary interior feels like home with thoughtful touches and family photos. I have never been in such a well appointed rental property with top notch appliances, kitchen gadgets, beach toys and even bicycles. The owner has thought of everything and goes over and beyond to ensure a perfect stay with her gracious hospitality.

The location could not be better - right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and tennis.

Our family can not wait to return!

December Dreamin'

Ahhh, sunsets with a glass of wine on the veranda...waking up to walk on the beach just across the street. An afternoon dip in the pool while grilling a bite to eat or before taking a nap. A totally relaxing setting from dawn to dusk. The home was immaculate and bedding so comfy. All amenities were present, saving time, money and trips. Truly a jewel of a property that my family and I will revisit--soon!

Casa de Mariposa provides the ultimate vacation for families. Everything you might want to keep the kids happy--as well as mom and dad--is right there in the house, the pool or the well-stocked garage. Or it's right out the door on the beach or in town. It would be impossible not to have a great time at this wonderful well-equipped villa.

Family Fun

Hot Tamale Sarasota, FL
Review Submitted: June 21, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
As a family of five with three children under the age of seven, Casa de Mariposa offers everything a travelling family can ask for. The owner has all of the necessary beach equipment, bikes, baby/toddler toys for the pool, beach, house(including baby monitors, gates, high chairs, pack n plays, videos, etc.). It was one of the most enjoyable vacations is a long time. I could sit by the gorgeous heated pool while the baby was sleeping while my husband took our other children to the beach. The margarita machine sure got it's use, too! Thank you, we can't wait to come back. Thanks for your hospitality.

Bambi ,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. It was a blessing to us and I had wonderful time reconnecting with my children. The home was more beautiful than expected and having the beach so close was wonderful! You have such a warm way on the phone and the Casa had the same feeling. We loved Frank the handy man what a treasure you have in him.. We will be returning next year . Thank you again. God Bless, Tanya
