After choosing this property and contacting many owners, we decided on this villa for our Spring Break vacation. Humberto, the owner, was very professional to work with, answered all inquiries promptly, and even put us in touch with a private transportation company for our trip to / from the airport. The accomodations were beautiful and the location can't be beat. Everything we'd hoped for and more!
The views are spectacular on the HUGE lanai equiped with wet bar, barbeque, and ample seating. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the views of El Arco and Azure blue waters of the Sea of Cortez. The condo itself seemed very large as well and is designed with travertine floors, granite counter tops and luxurious bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need to cook if you'd like, and having the washer & dryer was very convenient.
The grounds and pool at VLE were beautifully kept. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. There is a very well stocked store on the grounds with everything from souveniers to groceries with fresh produce. A Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Super Center, and Costco are a short cab ride away as well. The location of Villa La Estancia is walkable to town, but we took taxi's to dinner every night. They can be accessed just outside the lobby. Can't say enough about this condo and it's owner. This will definitely be our choice when we return!
