We had a total of 9 staying at the condo (6 adults and 3 children). This was the first time for us to stay at a condo. We've always stayed at hotels in the past. We were extremely pleased with this condo. It was extremely clean and spacious. I highly recommend this condo and would definately stay there again.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this condo building....we were there last August for a week and loved Clearwater Beach so much we returned this year for two weeks. There were six in our party, myself and my wife, 18 year old daughter and her 18 year old boyfriend plus our two sons 15 and 8. This condo suited our needs perfectly, there is loads of room for everybody so everyone has their own space and everything is so clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The beach IS across a couple of roads but so what, it's only a few minutes walk. We had a great holiday and there is so much to do....we ate out at Frenchy's, Britts, TGI's, Outback, Island Way Grill etc, went to Busch Gardens and the water park next door, went shopping at International Mall near Tampa airport (twice!), went on Little Toot (dolphins and an amazing sunset), spent time on the beach, did Pier 60 at sunset, went boat fishing and still found time to chill out round the pool. The boys were pleasantly surprised to find 3 fishing rods in the pool cupboard in addition to pool toys, coolers etc. The booking process was very straightforward and communication from Judy was always prompt and concise. All in all a great holiday and fantastic accomodation - so much better than cramped hotel rooms. Would definetly recommend this condo and we will rent it again in the future.

We would definitely recommend this property for vacationing in Clearwater Beach. It was a short walk to the beach and located a short walking distance to many restaurants, beach walk, and pier. Property was very spacious for 6 guests and the sunsets were amazing from the huge wrap around balcony. Property was very well maintained. Pool and hot tub were nice and very private as most days we were the only ones using them. The owners provided all the amenites that you don't want to pack when traveling by airplane such as beach chairs, cart, coolers, childrens toys, boogie boards, etc. We will be sure to rent again when vacationing at Clearwater beach.

we had a very nice and relaxing vacation at this condo.
the condo is beautiful, well equipped and nicely located in clearwater beach. However, it is definitely further from the beach that stated. you cross over 3 streets to get there--okay if you not carrying chairs,bags,coolers etc.,which we were--but i would definitely stay there again.Gorgeous!! Also the bedroom that is advertised as queen is definitely only a full size bed. Our family consisted of 8 adults. You were able to walk to bars and some restaurants as well.

The condo was good, lots of space. The small porch off the master bedroom and living room never recieved direct sunshine. The pool was usully in the shade, although the deck chairs were often in the sun. The beach was not "across the street" as we were told. It was actually across three streets, so further than what was advertised. We like seafood for eating and there were plenty of places to pick from within a 1 mile walk. Most served similar food. The "pier" was fun for the kids. At sunsight local artists would set up to sell their products. Busch gardens was less than 1 hour away.

We were looking forward to our 2nd Clearwater Beach vacation with our family and expecting a nice place to stay due to the pictures we saw and reviews we had read. When we finally stepped into the condo, we were blown away with the fantastic accommodations. We had six adults and an 11-month old. The condo is not only spacious, but well-maintained and quiet. We had so much privacy and restful nights. The wrap around balcony was so nice for showing the sights to my granddaughter. We had a great view of the beach. The pool and hot tub are super. The pool was a little cold the first day and we asked if the temp could be turned up a little so that our granddaughter (and her grandmother) could enjoy it. The next day it was perfect and they both enjoyed the pool the rest of the week! We will definitely return to this great location. Clearwater Beach is probably the nicest beach we have ever seen - with the white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is a lot to do for all ages too!! You will not be disappointed taking a vacation to Clearwater Beach and staying at Sun West Palms!

Our Family has been on three Cruises for past Vacations. We were ready to try a stay on Land this time. After our stay at this BEAUTIFUL Condo, we will not be on a Cruise Ship again! If you get a chance to visit the Clearwater Beach Area this is the perfect place to stay. The Beach is so clean and the sand is so white. The pictures do not due the Condo justice. It is layed out so well, and everyone has their own space. The views are wonderful off all of the Balconys which wrap around the whole Condo! The Condo is just like new, and is so well maintained. All of the beds are so comfortable, you will feel like you have had a REAL Vacation when you return home so rested. We had dinner at some great Restaraunts that all were within walking distance. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a great place to visit for the day. You will not be sorry one bit for your stay at this Luxury Waterfront Condo. Scott and Judy will make you feel like Family. We have spread the word to all of our Family and Friends about this one, so you better book it fast, before we book it again!

Our stay at this Condo was one of complete enjoyment,you could not ask for more.It had more room than you could amagine,we had 6 adults in our group and never once did you feel crowded or short of personal space.The building is very well kept and it is not necessary to use your car once you get there everything is in walking distance.The area around the condo is very nice and safe.Good restaraunts and beautiful sunsets.

The pictures cannot possibly capture how vast and fabulous this lovely condo appears in person. Clean, comfortable and above all filled with amenities and easy beach access and that's just to start. Vacationing with family members comes with its own level of stress, but in this place, there was so much space and the grand wrap around balcony ... everyone felt quite comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool downstairs, grilled at night and the underground parking was a breeze. Thanks Judy and Scott for providing such a wonderful beachside getaway. We will definitely be back! (And if you haven't booked this place yet, you better hurry before others find out.)

We spent a wonderful week here in June 2008. The description of the property was exact and the communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was just as they had said. The directions to the condo and about using the condo were detailed and correct.
The condo was immaculate and comfortable. The beds were great to sleep in. There was a king in the master bedroom which was huge. 2 singles in another and a queen in the 3rd bedroom which also has a sitting area. There was also a very comfortable queen size blow up air mattress with built in pump that we used that was very comfortable. There's a separate bathroom in every bedroom and a guest 1/2 bath in the hall. At one point, we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small children in the condo with plenty of space for everyone.
It was one of the best places we have ever stayed and we travel a lot.
It's very spacious. The kitchen is great to cook in. There's even a ice and water dispenser on the refrigerator that really comes in handy in Florida. One of the best features of this condo is the balcony that wraps around two sides. It's got a great view and the breeze is wonderful during the day and night. We spent a lot of time out there. The pool and hot tub are clean and very comfortable when you want a break from the beach. The beach is beautiful! It's nice to spend time on. There are lots of little shops along the "Beachwalk" which is only 2 short blocks from the condo. There's activity every night at Pier 60 in walking distance. This was only of the best low key vacations we have had. If you want activities, there are boat rides, Parasailing and jet skis to rent. For shopping, there is a great mall in Tampa near the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. I would highly recommend and probably would visit again in the future.
