The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and well furnished. Location is very good with quick access to major highways, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The owner was quick to reply to emails and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay away from the crowds. We had two young teenagers with us and there was plenty to do for everyone at the house.

This is the very first time we have rented a house so the search for a suitable place was a bit daunting. As it turns out, the description provided was accurate in every way and it was everything we had hoped for. We felt at home as soon as we arrived for our two week stay. We were 6 adults and 2 little ones with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a hit and the added privacy of no neighbours in the back was nice. We also enjoyed the comfort of the sectional livingroom furniture where we could all gather. Lots of place for meals with the two eating areas. Cozy bedrooms and beds. Since we were the elders arranging this family trip, we had the luxurious master bedroom and ensuite. The gated community and the club house ammenities were an added bonus. We walked over often and the children's park was well used. Convenient proximity to all necessities and of course, the theme parks. Close enough to come home for a rest, if necessary. Prior, during and after our trip, it was so easy to be in touch with the owner. He answered all questions and also provided helpful information and tips for our stay.

Loved the house, very convenient to all attractions and well taken care of. Had to call the mangement company regarding the pool/hot tub and they came immeidately. Was a little disappointed we couldn't swim the first day since the heat had only been turned on late the day before and set wrong. We would recommend this house to anyone from young families to adults only. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Overall a wonderful experience and would return again. The kitchen had all the dishes, etc.. you need and having a grill was nice.

Excellent place to stay for Disney vacation

The house was very clean and comfortable and was as described in the listing. We stayed for 2 weeks with with 3 kids, ages 2 to 5. We had a great time. The kids loved the pool. The house is about as close to disney as you can get. We had before and during our reservation some questions for Lyle and Leaha and they always responded as quickly as possible. Also the management company is very helpful. We needed some minor things taken care of during our stay and they were very helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.
Travel times to Disney vary between 5 minutes to 25 minutes, depending on what part of Disney you are going to and traffic. To SeaWorld was about 20-25 minutes. We also went on a swamp tour on Lake Kissimmee, which took close to an hour and a half to get to. Our kids also liked Gatorland (got to sit on a live alligator!). There is so much to do, and boy will you be glad to have this clean, comfortable home to come home to after your day of adventure. It was so much better than staying in a hotel.

We stayed at this charming Villa for three weeks and didn't want to leave. The warm and inviting feeling right as soon as you walk in the door was more than we expected. Very clean and well maintained, the decor is vibrant and cheery supplemented with all and more conveniences that we needed. We looked forward to relax by the pool and hot tub after the hectic pace at the Disney Parks and other vacation attractions that are so close in proximity. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed which allowed us to comfortably dine in, although, very close to restaurants as well. We highly recommend this vacation home, where the owners strive to make your vacation a wonderful lifetime memory.

Home was fantastic, and all we could have hoped for!

When we decided to try a house rental instead of a hotel we could have never picked a spot with more appeal. This house had us feeling right at home from the moment we walked in. The children enjoyed the movie selection and we all found the house a great way to wind down after a long day on the trot. For days we decided to stay home for some R & R we had a blast around the pool and hot tub! Leaha and Lyle, you were very accomodating to our questions and thanks a million times over for the use of your beautiful home. We will be back... for sure!

Terrific location for enjoying all the Orlando attractions and still being away from it all.

Our family of four with children 6 and 12 loved the villa. It is located on the end of a cul-de-sac and is quiet and private backing onto undeveloped land. The home was clean and very well maintained and the furniture and fixtures were all up to date and in excellent working condition. The games room is equipped with quality game tables not big-box store junk and features a large screen TV to provide something for everyone. This is the 4th vacation villa we have rented in the Orlando area and the combination of location and the condition and amenities makes this one of the best vacation villas we've experienced.
We also found the property owners very easy to deal with and we received prompt replies to all our inquiries. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide garbage bags for the kitchen receptacle. We found it difficult to guess the proper size once we were at the grocery store. Other than that, if your looking for a vacation villa in the Orlando area you can't go wrong with this one.

Stayed from 14 - 23 Feb 2011 at Villa Borealis and had a wonderful time. The house lived upto and exceeded the descriptions on the listing. Photos show everything available but cannot show the huge amount of space avaialbe, you'll have to see it to enjoy it. Both the property owners, Leaha and Lyle and the property managers were extremely helpful in providing information and assistance. Their little "inside tips" are great advice to follow when visiting Orlando. Our daughers (5 and 7) absolutely loved the bunk beds, games room and pool table almost as much as the theme parks. The house is located close enough to all attractions but yet far away enough to enjoy a non-theme park break. This place is looked after and decorated as someone's home and not just a house. We would definately recommend Villa Borealis to anyone staying for whatever reason in the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our 7 year old daughter loved the game room and the pool. The house is clean. We will definitely love to stay there again. It is very convenient to the Disney Theme Parks.
