3rd floor, cathedral ceilings. On premier 18 hole golf course. Club house newly renovated with fine dining and pub. Condo newly carpeted and painted. Eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, walk in closet and HD flatscreen TV. Second bedroom twin beds and TV. Living dining area with glass dining room table, comfortable furniture and HD TV. Newly tiled, screened in lanai. Beautiful views and private pool and tennis courts, Club house has pool, tennis courts, hot tub and exercise room.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is a gated community with an Arthur Hills designed 18 hole challenging golf course, community swimming pools, Har-tru tennis courts and a well equipped fitness center. The large clubhouse has a full service restaurant, grill room and pro shop. Theme parties are held throughout the year. Other activities include Bridge, Euchre, Mah-jongg, etc. Walking, jogging and bicycling are favorite pastimes in the community. Shopping and a myriad of restaurants that will suit anyone’s palate are conveniently close by.

Stoneybrook is located in Sarasota on the Southwest coast of Florida midway between Tampa and Ft. Meyers. This area is known as the SunCoast. International airports in all three cities conveniently serve it. Sarasota is noted for its superb year round weather and beaches of soft white powdery sand that were rated among the top ten in the world.

We enjoyed our month-long stay stay at this comfortable and well appointed condo. We especially appreciated the fresh and stylish furnishings -- kind of rare in Florida where so many rentals look like they were furnished from Grandma's cast-offs. We ate a lot of our meals on the spacious lanai. You can't beat the location -- safe and a close drive to everything -- only 15 minutes to Siesta Beach and Nokomis Beach. A minor problem with the plumbing was quickly dealt with by the owners.

Owner's Response: We take pride in keeping our property updated, clean and comfortable. We feel it is important to be available and to correct any issues in a timely manner. Stoneybrook is a beautiful community and setting for a winter get away,
