Great house - will be going back!!!

We had a great time at Crestwynd Bay. The location is convienent to Disney and all the local shopping and other theme parks. The condo has everything you would ever need for your vacation. It was very Clean. We loved the gadgets and the huge comfortable sofa right infront of the TV. There was baby gear provided and the kids loved the Wii in the morning and when the florida thunderstorms hit.The pool is clean and quiet and very close to the condo which was great with small children.The gated community was safe and wonderful to take walks around in the evening. Also so close to the parks we could return to the condo in about 15 minutes for afternoon naps and return to the parks at night.
Russell was very helpful and willing to do anything to help make our vacation even better. There were many brochures to theme parks and local attracitons and helpfull hints for the local area.We had a great vacation and hope to come back next year!

I stayed here with my 2 teenaged daughters and was completely pleased with everything! The house was exceptionally clean, both inside and out. It was quiet and very secure. Everything needed is supplied, from cleaning to cooking to relaxing. As an adult, I found the house was open and roomy, decorated with quality furniture and appliances. A vast assortment of DVD's as well as books and Wii are available. As a parent, it was comforting to know the location was very safe and peaceful. It was nice to know that the kids could walk around the area freely and go back and forth to the pool without me worrying about their safety. The pool was clean and large enough to play games in it. Having a gated community is also extra security. The neighbors are also very outgoing and friendly.

The distance to the parks is literally minutes away. Heading back for an afternoon rest or swim can easily be accomplished. There is a supermarket is just a few miles down the road as well. There is also a vast array of tourism and restaurants just down the road for the times you don't want to grill out or cook.

Russell is very accommodating in every aspect. His customer service right from the beginning is hard to come by. Certainly a person who cares about making everything perfect for your stay.

We will definitely be going back annually! Thank you for the wonderful memory you've made for us this year, Russell!

The location is great. Only a few minutes away from Disney and lots of other attractions.
The house is decorated like a proper home. We felt like home from the minute we stepped inside. The kids loved the Disney themed room.
The internet acces in very convenient and a great add on. And the Wii was a favorate with our kids.
The kitchen is very well equiped. The big BBQ on the veranda is great. We had a couple of great late nights with burgers and drinks.
Russell was very helpful when making the reservations.
Overall. This is a great home away from home.
We will definately stay there again.

We had a short stay at this house and loved every minute. The location is by far the best part, just about a mile away from the entrance to Disney. It was very convenient for all the parks. All of the kitchen necessities were there for making your own food, including a BBQ, and there are a bunch of restaurants just down the road. We enjoyed using the pool and playing a few games on the Wii after visiting the parks. It is an end unit so there was no noise at all and slept very well each night. The owner provides a detailed list of all the best attractions at each park, including an action plan for when to go to each ride and how to use the fastpass system (all very useful). I highly recommend this place for your Disney vacation!

I highly recommend this rental property. It has an excellente location near to the parks, shops, and restaurants. The house was exactly as described and we definetely enjoyed our stay. It is modern furnished, well maintained, and very clean. Our party included two little girls and they love the mickey mouse twin room and the Nintendo Wii. Russell provided a wonderful service. He helped us before and during our trip. He was extremely nice, and gave us excellent recommendations. It is a great value for the money. We are coming back!!! Thanks Russell.

We arrived in Orlando after spending two weeks on the road, and found the property to be just what we needed and wanted. The house is beautifuly furnished, clean and well maintained, well equipped with both appliances as well as daily necessities, while the overall feeling is that a great deal of thought and experience were invested in the house. Apparently, the house is ready for any type of population, babies-adults, while perfectly catering to all ages.
The location is just as perfect as the house itself! It is actually minutes from the parks, which is great for both the morning and the nights! Furthermore, the property is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and shops.
Russell, the property owner, provided wonderful service. He was very helpful and kind, even before we completed our transaction. Russell always immediately responded
to our questions, providing us with wonderful information that was very helpful throughout the week. The feeling we got from him was that he would be there for us, if needed.
All in all, as a family that has travelled extensively, this property has definately left a very good impression upon us. It is most certainly a property that we will return to, as well as highly recommend. Not only is the house itself great, it is also wonderful to work with a person such as Russell.

I stayed here from May 25 to June 19th. What a fantastic house!!!! Everything was so clean! we didnt need to go and buy any extra materials e.g washing powder, coffee etc, as it was all there ready for our use (which is always a bonus!!) The only bad part of the house were the beds were sooo comfy!!!!! My family didnt want to get out of them in the morning!!!
The swimming pool so also very nice to have a morning swim, and very clean!!
Another great aspect of this house is the quietness in the area in the evening, NO loud noise from any nearby nightclubs or bars.
Russ the owner was extreamly helpful, leaving us brochures on the area and finding out any extra information we required before our trip. He really went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.
Not only is it a fantastic house, but its so close to all the Disney attractions!!!! We will definatly be coming back!
