Great rental, we used this home for 11 nights, owner and management company were very friendly and professional, the house was in excellent condition - had everything to make us feel at home, from the fully equipped kitchen to the bedrooms, laundry room and outdoor pool. location was ideal, near all of Orlando's theme parks and resorts. the owner was kind enough to leave us info pages on near tourist attraction.

overall the best homeaway rental experience so far, would highly recommended to any friend or family visiting Orlando.

Amazing villa. We had stayed in the villa with our three kids during our vacation. The villa was clean, comfortable, equipped with all what you need and could easily slept 8 people. It is conveniently located 20 minutes from Disney's themes parks. Within two minutes you can find supermarket (Publix) and couple of family restaurants (Applebee's etc.) No doubt that we will recommend this villa to our friends.

I needed a two night rental and Gordon and the property manager were so kind and responsive to my needs. The house has plenty of room and the pool was extremely nice and clean. The location is extremely convenient as well and the neighborhood is a short drive to anywhere you want to go including shopping and the theme parks. Overall, I was very happy with the stay.

Very nice home in a great community. We didn't need it, but house really does sleep 10. Alot of room in a great area.

I highly recommend this house. I spent four wonderful days with my 2 year old, my ten month old baby, my husband, my parents, my sister and her husband and my youngest sister. Pictures dont do enough justice. The house is warm and has everithing you need, you can prepare meals without missing anything as if you were home. The rooms are big enough, the master is huge, the bathrooms too and very nicely decorated. The rooms are distributed in a way that our babies slept comfortably the whole night while the others stayed up late, you could not hear from one room to the other. And most of all I loved to find the house so clean and not worry about my babies picking up anything or playing in the carpet. The beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The view in the back is very relaxing and the pool was crystal clear. Our two cars fit in the garage perfectly. No noisy neighbors, not even noticed they were there.
My parents fell in love with the house and the relaxing atmosphere, and asked me to go back to the same place in our next trip.
I would go back anytime!!!

My family (there was 9 of us + a small dog) was looking for a great vacation spot in Orlando where we could be together...but NOT be on top of each other and we found it with this property. The property was in a nice, extremely quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The neighborhood (about a 20-minute drive to Universal) wasn't too far out. We felt like we were close enough to things (less than a mile from a Publix grocery store) but far enough away to get a break for the Orlando craziness. We would totally stay here again! The owner was great to work with and answered email questions promptly every time! It was hard leaving--it was starting to feel like home.

We have just returned from a Fantastic Floridian holiday. The house was lovely, luxurious and well furnished. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet is conveniently close to the Highway 27 and InterState 4. Gordon, the owner was really helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a good time.
We were on an all Florida type holiday-not just theme parks and this was ideally situated for everything-Universal (about half an hour) but also state parks where you can swim in natural springs and airboat rides where you can see alligators.
The pool is great and covered so you don't share it with insects.
Tips:- Consider flying to Sanford airport- fares are cheaper and it is small so you just walk straight out and get your car- just over an hour away. If you want to break your journey to the airport go to Winter Park which has a lovely atmosphere ( and posh shopping!)
Kennedy Space Center is two hours away but well worth it and good value.

My family stayed here for just over a week, and we were all really impressed. It's spacious, well appointed, and for us being slightly further out from Orlando centre was ideal (obviously you need a car). It was close to Interstate 4, so Tampa/Busch Gardens was easier to reach. There are good supermarkets nearby (including a huge 24 hour Walmart, and also a couple of good Publix), and I guess golfers would like it as well as there's a course in the complex. Gordon the owner was also a pleasure to deal with, and it was pretty good value. I would definitely stay again if I was returning to the area.

Recommendations:

Theme Parks (if you must) - We liked Busch Gardens, Islands of Adventure had good rides but was busy, I was a bit disappointed with Universal, liked Seaworld, Aquatica OK (Wet n' Wild sounds wilder), managed to avoid Disney (Yess!!)

Other - Merritt Island was good for nature lovers, airboat ride in everglades recommended (we used Kissimee Swamp Tours - quite far out but good), Clearwater Beach busy (fishing off Pier 60 looked good - you can hire tackle from the shop halfway along - the guy that runs it is a star)

Malls - The Orlando Outlet Malls are relatively expensive - though cheaper than UK - so you have to look carefully for bargains. Lakeland Mall (Interstate 4 30 mins) was good but not so much choice (had Holister, American Eagle, Aeropostale Old Navy for T-shirts etc at good prices)

Restaurants - Sizzlers is just amazing - if you're not put off by having to choose your meal before you sit down. 10 dollars for really nice sirloin steak + the eat all you can buffet (salad, main meals, desert - they'll even give you a doggy bag if you're a real hog ... and breakfast looks like it might be even better value!). I have no idea how they stay in business. Crab House buffet OK but I wouldn't go back. Otherwise we tended to eat from deli sections in supermarkets which were really good.
