Fabulous home

We rented this home the week of August 16, 2009 and couldn't have been happier. The rate was excellent. The house was in a great location, just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the Disney parks. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The home was very clean and the pool was great. We would definately love to come back again.

Wonderful home.
We had everything we needed, in a beautiful neighborhood that we walked every morning and evening. The golf course was awesome, as were the tennis courts that were practically in our back yard. Our next Florida trip we will deffinately stay in this home! It was clean and had all of the amenidies of home, dog friendly and great for kids. The owner and mang. company quickly answered any questions we had.The location was excellent for shopping and all of the theme parks. The pool was nice to come back to at the end of a long hot Florida day. Thank-You so Much for sharing your home with us!

We just returned from our Florida vacation and this was about the best trip so far. The house is even nicer than what can be seen in the pictures. The owner and management company were very accommodating. If you are considering a rental, look no further. The drive to the Disney theme parks is a breeze with no delays.The house is very clean and I would positively recommend staying there. The neighborhood is very quiet as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We stayed there in May 2009. The villa was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The owner and management company were excellent to deal with. Having never booked a trip on-line, it was very easy and we were very satisfied. Would highly recommend this villa.

We enjoyed a month's stay at this villa. The accommodations were exceptional: beautifully furnished, well equipped and pet friendly. The location was great. The parks, malls, Walgreens,Wal Mart and Publix were just minutes away. Tennis, playground equipment and golf were steps from our door. The heated pool was a special treat.The management staff went above and beyond to assure a wonderful vacation. We had such a great experience that we have already placed a deposit for next year!

We vacationed in this lovely home last spring and can't wait to return again in 09. It was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Shopping is close by and the Disney attractions are just a short trip away. The neighbourhood was beautiful, quiet and friendly and we felt safe walking about the community.The owner and property mangement staff were gracious and promptly returned our calls with advice and information.I feel confident in recommending this lovely vacation home to family and friends.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful Villa. A very spacious and clean house that is decorated nicely. It was nice to have a cd player for us to borrow as well as a few games,cd's & books. We felt very welcome. Our children loved the pool & the pool toys. We found information for us inside the Villa as well as easy to follow instructions from you. It was convenient to just arrive at your Villa & leaving was just as easy. No one had to meet us there to let us in.We also loved the Highland Reserves scenic area.It was very lovely & quiet.We had our privacy and were not in a busy area of traffic & people.We really liked that about Highland Reserves. We also enjoyed the community pool. Staying at your Villa was a vacation we will never forget. The weekly price was very reasonable.Thanks again for sharing your Villa with us. We can't wait to return next year.
