Perfect stay

Our family ( 2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in this lovely condo for 3 day weekend end of July 09. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of that unit - it is HUGE, very comfortable and well appointed. Generous size 3 bedrooms are complimented with 2 full bathrooms ( no waiting for kids to shower after all day, Yes!) plus washer and dryer to refresh your wardrobe before the next day. To be honest, laundry room is bigger then our own at home, as my wife noticed. Kitchen has everything and more then you need. We bought milk,eggs,juices and bagels at next door Publix to have home made omelets each morning, we just left dishwasher running while gone for a day. That saves you time and money, plus quality family time together (priceless). At night we spent time on the patio overlooking large lake, relaxing with Mrs., having glass of wine when kids played PS2 we found in the unit. Next to condo we found large pool for kids and very well equipped gym that helped us burning more calories. It takes about 20 minutes to get here from all major parks, you are in the quiet suburbs of Orlando, area looked like newly developed. What's important, not congested and peaceful after typical Disney madness day. We slept all night like newborns!
I would recommend staying in that unit with full confidence to my family and friends. We will return again for sure! Virginia and Rob provided us with perfect directions and great Q&As for our stay, no guessing required. Comparing our experience to a hotel stay, for similar price you get 10 times more and you feel like home. There is no way like VRBO.com way :-) Jakub, Victoria and kids.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo really met our expectations: very clean with rooms nicely decorated (our kids really loved the Disney decorated room with the Disney TV), kid-friendly and close to Disneyworld. It was just perfect for us with our 2 little kids and baby (they provided a crib). The owners were very professional and sent us all information we needed in a timely manner.

We stayed in the condo over Christmas week 2008 and had a great time. The condo has all the amenities anyone would enjoy: nice gym, room for 6 people comfortably, good location, near to shopping and the parks and an affordable price. The neighbors were quiet, there was a play area for our 4 year old daughter and the teenagers stayed busy also. The kitchen was equipped enough for many meals and the view of the lake was nice. Having a market within walking distance and a short drive to Disney all added to our enjoyable stay.Overall a good value and easy to rent.

We stayed for seven nights the beginning of November 2008. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The condo has everything you need. It was a cozy place with the comforts of home like a kitchen with everything you need! There is a mixer, blender, coffee maker, can opener, microwave, dishes and lots more. It was great having a wash machine and dryer. I packed ligher and did not have to bring tons of dirty clothes home. It was great having the internet and a landline. It was also great having 2 bathrooms. The parks are definitely close. It was a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. The complex is off away from the main road. The condo was so quiet, we drank coffee on the balcony every morning. The pool area was beautiful, quiet and very clean. There is a Publix(grocery store), pizza place, Dunkin Donuts and CVS approx. 1 mile away. Also, approx. 2 miles away, right off the express way there is a McDonalds, Chili's & Subway just to name a few. I dealt with Rob while making all my plans. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was always pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to other friends coming down to the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful stay. Our trip was for our annual birthday spectacular, my bestfriend and I. We were excited about the property because of the great price. We rented this unit in hopes of having decent accomodations. I was THRILLED beyond belief of the comfort, location, and up keep of the unit. We felt right at home. The location is perfect! It is an extremely quiet neighborhood in a newly developed area. So, if your plans are to relax then this is the place. And if your plans are to party then crash this is the place! Publix is right down the street as well as other conveniences. If your going to the Disney parks well they are literally down the street and on the right. I had the best birthday every. The owner, was a pleasure to work with and he made sure that everything, from the price to us having great directions, was perfect. We had a marvelous time and hope to rent from him again. Thank you again for helping to make my birthday a celebration that I will remember. I have even suggested this place to others.

The condo was clean and spacious. All tile floors was great for my Sheltie. He loved laying on the cool floor. It was close to the pool, yet quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. My only concern was the grounds. Although the area does look really nice and they mowed and had guys in golf carts roaming around, the grass was full of ant hills, so it was hard taking my dog for walks, constantly watching that he didn't step into an ant hill. On checkout day the maid knocked on our door at 9:00AM and said we had to be out by 10:00. I had to pull out my paperwork and prove to her we had until 11:00. Other than that, it was great and I would definitely go back! The owners were very nice and always responded to my emails quickly and also refunded my security deposit on a timely manner.
Owner's Response: I am glad that Bernard and Ines enjoyed their stay at our place and gave us a 5 star rating. The ant hills can be a nuisance in June but the groundskeepers are constantly working to rid the grounds of the pests. I will talk to our maid service about our 11:00 AM checkout policy so there will be no problem in the future. We pride ourselves on our guests staying at our place and then saying they will want to rent again from us. Virginia and Rob

A college softball tournament for our older daughter brought us to the Orlando area and we found these accomodations online. We had very pleasant communications via email with the owners, so decided to rent from them for the week despite having never been to that area of the greater Orlando area on previous trips.
Things went beautifully. The condo was as described, the directions were great, it was very clean, everything in the unit worked, access to major roads was easy, we felt safe -- so it was exactly what we were looking for.
It was in a semi-rural area just outside the chaos of Disney central and away from the downtown Orlando traffic and the older, overdeveloped areas of outer Orlando. We are very comfortable with a rental car and with a map of the Orlando area, so we found the location to be an easy drive to the tournament, to grocery shopping, to Disney, etc.
We were very pleased with the overall rental experience.
