I am very pleased with this rental property. The property managers have been awesome and came right down when I experienced a problem with the heat. The property is immaculate and I would definitely like to rent it again. It is a fabulous home away form home.

Really enjoyed the size of the parkmodel, was larger than expected. It was comfortable and had everything that was needed for our stay. Included was washer/dryer, made it very convenient. It really is a place where you bring your clothes and toothbrush and everything else is there.
Only draw back is there isn't a carport/garage, and the TV was basic ( half the channels were spanish), also could of used a couple more floor lamps. But whole and large everything was terrific. Shopping was close the property managers were wonderful and the neighborhood was beautiful and quite.

Clean, well kept unit equipped to move in and live in like in your own home. Powerful A/C keeps you cool even through the hot summer months. Very helpful and friendly manager. Recommended without any restriction.

We are so happy to have found this wonderful little place. It's clean, spacious, well equipped and just as bright and cheerful as the pictures show. Close to shopping, great dog-walking areas, but a quiet neighbourhood for relaxing and at night. We were warmly welcomed by Sandie who made us feel like we had just arrived home. Would definately stay here again if available.

Immaculate rental and fully furnished with everything you could need in a home away from home.Good location.We would definitely rent this unit again. Oh,yes the owner and the managers are super nice.

This is a great rental, everything is like new. It is fully equipped the minute you walk through the door, down to the toothpicks. It's just like home, use what is there and replace it before you leave. Good location near a shopping center, a post office and a small park every two blocks. Nice level area if you're a walker.
The Yuma hosts are great people, couldn't be more helpful. We loved it and intend to go back.
