Fabulous area and condo!

We had a PERFECT time in your condo! We rented the condo for my in-laws who live in Tennessee. We didn't tell them they would be staying on the beach and they were thrilled to learn of our "big news". All of them cried and were very grateful of our gesture. Then when we actually walked into the 7th floor condo they were blown away! They even have aspirations to copy some of the decorator touches in the kitchen and bathrooms! The balcony was absolutely amazing and what a view! We spent most of our time out there watching dolphins and eventually the high surf from Hurricane Ike. Eventhough I live and work in Ft Walton, it was nice to experience a vacation through the eyes of our family who has never been to the ocean before. Thank you so much for offering such a lovely condo! The in-laws have decided to make this a yearly event so expect a call next year from the Cowans!

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. It was just as beautiful as the pictures displayed. The beach was extremely close and absolutely gorgeous. The complimentary beach service was excellent. The best part was the oversized balcony! We took several walks up and down the beach and didn't come across another condo with as large of a balcony! Definately a plus! We had a very wonderful time and would definately return again!

This is our 12th year staying at Island Echo but our first in this particular condo. We have agreed it was the nicest one we have ever stayed in, with every convenience offered. We loved the how all furniture, appliances were updated and new. Bathrooms were out of this world, always a big plus in my book, having an updated bathroom with space. The extras such as an extra refrigerator and ice maker as well as the extra beds just added that extra convenience that pushed our stay over the edge. We will definitely try to get this particular condo in the future.

I was born in Fort Walton and had to move away years ago. I enjoy visiting family and friends and after many stays have found the place I will always return.

The condo is a sheer delight and beautifully furnished. There was nothing we lacked - the kitchen provided everything we could have possibly needed. The patio is spectacular and we spent most of our time just enjoying the view.

Our family has vacationed at the gulf coast for the last 15 years and each year I would search for a perfect place to stay that would offer what we need to accommodate our children as well as my senior parents comfortably and easily. This year it had to be extra special because we were celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. I am thrilled to say my search for the perfect location has finally ended. There was absolutely nothing else we could have asked for. You condo is beautiful and inviting! The location is ideal and so relaxing. I can't imagine a better place to stay. You provided us with a breathtaking view, a short walk to the water's edge, umbrella set up, a large refreshing pool and exceptional accommodations. Our vacation was worry free and we returned home with many wonderful memories. How blessed we are to have found you! We look forward to returning year after year.
