LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN!

What people say about "location, location, location" is so true! This beach house is the perfect place whether visiting for a week or two months! Just 2 blocks to beautiful Pompano Beach, and within close walking distance of great restaurants, Publix grocery, hair, nails, barbershop and home-made ice cream! No car necessary, but if you have one there are alot of fun things to do during your visit. Really, you'd never know you're so close to everything because the house is very private and quiet! Our dog loved the fenced-in yard. It's overgrown with beautiful vines and flowers so if you're looking for privacy by the pool and hot tub this is the place! And speaking of the dog - there are wonderful empty lots only a block away for daily visits! The house is very clean and all the amenities promised are provided for you.
Of all our past rentals, this was the most well-prepared and well-stocked with necessities for guests from bathroom to kitchen. Natalie did a walk-thru with us the first day to make us feel welcome, which we did immediately, and then left us to enjoy our stay. Any questions were quickly answered via e-mail or phone and she has people close by just in case the house needs something during the visit.
We looked in the provided "things to do and places to go" bin that Natalie provided and found great restaurants with notes as to the ones other people have visited as well as where they've enjoyed going for fun. If you have a car a trip to the Flea Market on Commercial Blvd is a must! Great knock-off bags and deals for everyone. It's BIG so leave a few hours to go. There's an 18-movie theater close-by too. If you can get to Ft. Lauderdale (about 15 mintues) take a ride on the Carrie-B and see all the mansions and yachts, take a walk on Las Olas Blvd and eat at Le Bonne Crepe. Every Friday night theres a concert at Lauderdale-by-the-sea (about 8 minute drive) by the pier and you can eat right there at one of 4-5 restaurants. The first Friday of the month Pompano has a concert on the beach too! Ft. Lauderdale also has a wonderful Performing Arts Center. I could go on, but you'll see for yourselves.
We visited the beach house for 6 weeks this year and have already made our plans to return for 2 months in 2014! So if you're looking for a great spot for a night, a week, or months I would strongly suggest making your reservations early, because this place is going to rent out quickly!

This home is a definite jewel. We stayed for 4 nights in April after a cruise and we enjoyed this beautiful home immensely. The pool, hot tub and garden swing gave us so much enjoyment we only went to the beach to walk! The house is immaculate and very well equipped. Natalie has thought of everything.

The location is convenient to the all the major roads and an easy drive to Palm Beach & Ft. Lauderdale. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the house.
This home is even prettier than the pictures and super comfy. Natalie makes absolutely sure that you have everything you need and makes adjustments if possible. She was there to greet us and show us around and to take care of last minute needs. She made us feel that she really wanted us to enjoy our time there and take advantage of all the house had to offer. She's taken the time to leave little notes with information for settings on equipment or to use appliances which were really helpful for folks coming in for their first visit. And her "little kitchen that could" had everything we needed from wine glasses and serving dishes to condiments and other staples. We came down for a wedding but really loved being "slugs" the rest of the time because it was so comfy and peaceful at the house. Taking an early morning cup of coffee and heading out to the beach a block away to see the sun rise over the ocean was very special. All the information about tours, restaurants and shopping was there on the desk. If you like seafood, the shop just on the other side of the bridge was a really good recommendation from Natalie. My allergies were no problem because she really makes a special effort to keep it hypoallergenic. The lady who comes in to clean found my necklace and Natalie notified us in time for us to do a turnaround to retrieve it.
We definitely would stay here again. Thanks, Natalie, for a wonderful week.

Hallo, dieses Haus kann ich nur guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal mit vier Personen hier. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung (100 Meilen) sind super zu erreichen. Shopping, Sightseeing und die Everglades sind binnen einer Stunde zu erreichen. Der Strand ist schön, sehr ruhig und befindet sich zu Fuss ca. 2 Minuten (200 Meter) vom Haus entfernt. Es ist ein ruhiges und gemütliches Beachhouse in dem man sich einfach super erholen kann und was mit Liebe zu den kleinen Details ausgestattet ist.
