Wonderful Vacation

As usual our vacation was a hit even though it had to be interrupted to take my blind so to his new location at NCCU to begin his college life. The weather was beautiful with only 1/2 day of rain.
The Owners were very supportive when contacted and we received immediate results. How often can you say that?
We went parasailing, on a bananaboat ride, visited the Ingram Planetarium in Sunset Beach, as well as hung out at the Arcade at the end of the Beach. If you are looking for an awesome place to eat, try the Giggling Mackerel or Sharky's. Both offer great items for everyone to enjoy. If you prefer a Buffet type try out Prestons in Myrtle Beach. I think we all ended up gaining weight and not minding we did so.
I wish I knew how to add pictures to this sight, but I have not figured it out.
This was our 5th year and we are planning on coming out again next year. See you then.

This house is beautiful! It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our Ocean Isle Beach vacation and the house was a big part of it. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing without feeling like there was 14 people living in the house. It is a simple walk across the street to the ocean, which made it easy for bathroom breaks and lunch. The deck was great to sit on in the morning and evening and watch the ocean. This was the nicest beach property we have ever stayed in and we look forward to our next family trip to this house.

This was our first time to go to the beach at Christmas time. It was fabulous! The weather had a surprising turn toward the warm side, so we got to spend more time on the beach than we anticipated (in jeans or shorts and light jackets). However, when we were at the house, we sat on the porch in the sun and were plenty warm enough in our shorts and short sleeves to read and relax.

Our time in the house was well worth the trip. The amenities in the house meet everyone's needs.

I vacationed at this property the week of July 5th this year. My family and I had great time. The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for my group. The amenities are new, clean and well maintained. The pool was a great option to the beach. Ocean Isle Beach is one of the best, cleanest beaches I've visited and has everything you could want nearby. My favorite thing to do in the morning was to walk (or ride a bike) down to main road and sit by the ocean for breakfast. Parasailing, jet ski rental and of course, outstanding golf are all activities close by.

VERY NICE HOME - never mind that it's a rental! Well supplied with all the amenities for cooking and personal entertainment, and in excellent condition. We'd definitely choose to stay there again when vacationing in the area.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful beach house for the week. We’ve had wonderful weather and tons of fun with friends. Our three families have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach since 1990; however, this trip was our reunion trip since we haven’t been here since 2000. The island has changed and grown a lot (as have our families) but we still enjoyed being here just as much. Hopefully this won’t be our last time here at the beach! Thanks again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Ocean Isle Beach as we have for the past 4 years. This was the first time at your home and we loved our time there. The home is beautiful and views of the beach were even better than the pictures on the website. We loved being able to shower off and jump into a clean pool after our daily beach time. We hope to be able to stay in your home again next year!

I rented 349 East 1st Street for a two week stay this summer. As a six year vacationer at OIB, I am a huge fan. We've rented a total of 7 houses; this one is our favorite! The beach access is easy and flat. The hammock rests viewing the ocean are heavenly. The accomodations are comfortable and the pool is just the refreshment needed when returning from the ocean. I also felt that Jorge and Loretta were very attentive and the pricing is good. I will definitely be a return renter.
