This was the first time at OOB in a condo, and we really loved our experience , better than in a motel...
The condo is fully equipped with everything you need except a dishwasher...A very nice place very comfortable and clean.
It was also very quiet and near the beach and on the 3rd floor we have a great view of the ocean.
We definitely plan on returning and would not hesitate to recommend this location.

My family and I (husband and 2 small children) rented this property the 3rd week of June, 2011. We had a wonderful stay! The condo is extremely clean, modern and directly across a walk way the beach. I was delighted it was located on the 3rd level and was an end unit. The neighbors were very friendly. The only negative I can say is that I was under the impression that the outdoor pool was heated. The pool was FREEZING and not swimable this time a year but was very clean and inviting. I hope to stay at the property again in the future!

We are a family of 5 and have been staying in this condo for the past 5 years. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need right down to an iron. The owners are very friendly. I have loved what the owners have done with the place throughout the years. They are always making changes for the better. There is a walkway right in front of the condo that gives you access to the beach. There are 4 other families that have gone away with us for the past 5 years and have stayed at the Grand View too. They to also enjoy their condo's. I personally love ours the best!!! :) We plan on going there for many more years to come and making more wonderful family memories!!

Quiet and exceptionally clean unit with great beach access. We stayed in a different unit in the same complex 2 years ago and this one was much nicer. Look forward to renting again next year!

A very nice place, very comfortable and well equipped. Very clean, with more than enough space for a family of five. It was better than we anticipated and was had analyzed each picture carefully!

It was also very quiet, which was important for us with a 3-year-old who slept in the afternoon, and early at night. This unit is on the 3rd floor, and we had a very nice breeze at night, which enabled us to sleep very well with the A/C turned off.

There is a TV in each bedroom, and another one in the living area with a DVD and VHS unit. We had brought some movies with us, so it was really a home away from home!

The beach is only a few steps away, and it's probably the best part of Old Orchard's beach.

It was our fourh stay in Old Orchard Beach, but the first time with the kids. We really loved our experience, and would not hesitate at all to go back. I have shown pictures of the place to many coworkers, and strongly recommend the place.
