The condo was exactly as the pictures. There were no surprises. The description was accute and I was impressed. The condo was clean and well-maintained. The owner was easy to communicate with when I had questions. I would tell anyone that inquired about this property. The only dislikes were the parking and the elevators, however, the owners cannot control these complaints. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation!

Although the property and surrounding guests were pretty quiet, our spring break stay at this condo was amazing. It was nice because we were out of most of the big time PCB traffic, and could really enjoy ourselves. Also, there was no hassle in checking in due to the direct owner-client relationship. Thank you so much for letting someone under twenty-five rent this beautiful condo.

This is a beautiful condo the Colors are so relaxing. The view is awesome and on a very clean part of PC Beach. We had a wonderful time. The Decks are large with a nice lounge chair and table and chairs. Great for dining outside. The kids loved the decor!

We stayed here the week of 4/5-4/12. The condo was beautiful- looked just like the pictures. The location was great- near many things but away from the crowds. We had no problem finding parking underground. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The view was fantastic from the balcony. Mike and Buffy were great about answering any and all questions!

Really enjoyed this unit. Me and my family were in PCB for Spring Break March 15-22. This unit has a great price, location, decorated nice, lots of amenties. Close to Destin, shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet away from traffic. We will rent from this owner from now on. We vacation at least once a year in PCB. This is the best price on the beach for a nice Condo. The owners are available to communicate with anytime. Just rent months in advance. This unit will stay booked!!!

We rented this condo in September 2007 during the Thunder Beach Bike Week. It was awesome! The condo was very nice and clean and we had so much room. The decor was beautiful and the view from the balcony was terrific. Dealing directly with the owner was so less of a hassle. The keys were there when we arrived and we didn't have to go through the office at all. I would definitely recommend the rental of this condo. The owner was prompt in replying to any questions we had concerning the rental. We loved it!

We rented this unit for a short get away 9/8-9/10. We usually stay in Destin to avoid the 'young crowd' but wanted to give PC Beach a try. Our experience was very positive. The owners were very informative, courteous, and easy to deal with. The property is conveiently located in the quiet, west side of the beach, within blocks of Hwy 79 so we experienced no traffic at all. The unit was very clean, well-decorated and convenient to the four elevators and pool/beach area. Both beds were very comfortable with three sets of TV/VCRs. The 28' balcony with curved railing was great. We had a direct, unobstructed view of the beach. Mike's Diner is right across the street. The prices, food, and service were very good. We definitely will consider renting this unit in the future.
