This Harbor Springs home is located on 100 feet of beautiful Lake Michigan frontage. Enjoy water activities, pleasurable walks on the beach or just relax on the lower sun deck while listening to the waves rolling in while watching the occasional sailboat drift by on the horizon. Evening sunsets are spectacular and can be enjoyed while sipping your favorite beverage on the deck or listening to a crackling fire in the natural fireplace. A very peaceful and quiet location but not isolated.

Numerous golf courses (Bay Harbor, Boyne Highlands, Harbor Point, Hidden River, Little Traverse Bay, True North, to name just a few)are located nearby. 15 Minutes from Nub's Nob & Boyne Highlands.

Our home is located just four miles/eight minutes from quaint downtown Harbor Springs and twenty minutes from Petoskey/Bay Harbor where you will find many wonderful restaurants and upscale shops. Explore Mackinaw Island (45 Minutes)or the very scenic drive through the 'Tunnel of Trees' on your way to lunch at Legs Inn in Cross Village.

Love the location as it is close to town yet quiet and relaxing. Since the cottage is directly on the beach, I can relax while listing to the waves lapping on the shore, the sun sparkling like diamonds on the water and a pleasurable sunset. Great golf courses, fine dining, and ski hills all nearby.

We stayed for a week at the beginning of Sept. 2012 and had the best vacation! The setting is lovely-quiet but not isolated. We loved sitting on the lower deck in morning with coffee and at night with the stars.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
