We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was just great and the view was very beautiful. My Fiancee and I ate on the veranda every morning. The villa was in good shape and comfortable and all was as shown on listing. The only negative I would say is the water heater could be a little bigger but it was no big deal for the time of year we went. We would definitely stay again. I stayed in a hotel in Athens for 3 days because I missed my flight and that was not enjoyable at all. Driving around Athens was easy but I would recommend not driving downtown Athens. Too much traffic and hard to park. But a great place to visit. Thank you very much for everything.

We had a very nice week with our two children in the house. In the morning we were snorkelling at the beach. Then we went to Athens for visiting historical places or shopping. On other days we went to other historical places such like Delphi or Mykene.

The house is very nice. You can get good tips, red wine and everything from Nikos at the Mini-Market.

Very nice and well-equipeed house with a fantastic tarrace and see view. I will definately recommend the property for my friends and colleagues. Car is necessary if any excursions are planned. The owner and his contact person on site provided us with detailded information and useful advices. We will miss the the tasty tomatoes from the Mini Market this winter!!! Best restaurant in the area was with no doubt the Balkoni Restaurant- unforgettable view, good service, good food and human prices.
After our greek vacation with accommodation at Jim's house in Kokkino Limanaki we feel fully relaxed and ready to meet a heavy winter here in the Norht!!!

Me and my friends spent wonderful 10 days in the villa; everything was as it is written on the site. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The area was very quiet (September)
and we spent a lot of time on the veranda with a beutiful view of the sea. Every day we swam in the sea and often went sightseeing(Athens, Marathon, Seunion) etc. I would recomend the villa without hesitation.

The house is very nice for Greek relations.
If it is very hot, an awning is absent on the terrace, because in the morning one cannot sit in the sun there. Moreover, are absent 1 – to rest 2 couches around himself on the terrace.

Without passenger car it does not so feel well there with the shopping possibility and in the next place it is too wide. The owner of the Mini market is very nice and helpful and orders also sometimes bread that she does not sell, otherwise, in the store.

Except a few little things everything is on site.

During the first week of June, my wife, our daughter, her husband and children and I stayed eight days at the villa. We loved every minute of it!. The children especially enjoyed the sandy beach, which was crowded only on the weekend. You must have a meal at the nearby Balcony Restaurant. The view from there is just absolutely stunning. The house itself is in excellent condition. We all slept quite comfortably, enjoyed meals on the veranda, and even entertained relatives. We drove to Chalandri where we parked the cars and caught the Metro into Athens for shopping and site-seeing. All-in-all we had a fabulous time, well-worth the money spent.
