This condo is the top-of-the-line. It has the best beachfront location and luxury furnishings. Other condos are across the street or several blocks from the beach. This is right on the beach. You hear the waves from the condo.

Location within the building: Our condo is on the second floor, which gives a better view of the ocean and more privacy than ground floor units. It is the second floor on the ocean side, but the first floor on the parking lot side, so there are no flights of stairs for carrying suitcases or groceries. Our patio is positioned both west and north to take advantage of the best view of the beach, ocean and sunsets.
