The best

My family and I stayed at this property for a week in May of 2009. The home far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, available and beautifully decorated. Each of the 5 bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The laundry room, game room and pool were the highlights as with a family of mostly boys the play was frequent:) We visited Universal, Disney and Cocoa Beach as well as simply stayed at the home to relax. The tennis and basketball courts were used nearly everyday as was the playground that is available next door, The home was close enough to shopping but far away enough to have peace from traffic. Directions, assistance and needs were quickly met and they could not have been more helpful. I can not thank Emily enough for helping to provide a wonderful environment for our family trip!

This was a perfect house for our family of five and my sisters family of three. We felt like everyone had their own space and it fullfilled all our needs and more. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful weeks stay and would recommend this house to anyone. The pool and especially the hot tub were a nice extra. The only problem for us was our teenage boys only wanted to go to Universal and that was a long way, about 25 miles. If you are going to Disney it's perfect!

Our family had a fantastic time. We loved the house and all the lovely rooms. The house was very clean and open and airy with the doors leading to the nice pool and jacuzzi. The kids had fun picking oranges next door and playing in the game room. Loved watching the fireworks from the poolside every night. We'll be back for sure!

Our family rented this home for one week in July and loved every single minute. We lacked for absolutely nothing! Upon arrival, the home was clean, spacious, and comfortable beyond any other that our family has rented before. The layout of the home easily accomodated four adults, one teenager, and one toddler with room to spare. The flloorplan was such that everyone was able to enjoy their own private areas of respite, while still adequately providing room for all of us to come together for shared time. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the provision of towels and linens were ample and of nice quality. The kitchen was well stocked for those times we opted to prepare meals and there were grocery stores within five minute. The home was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was located conveniently near to all of the theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The ocean and space center are within a very reasonable distance.

In addition, the pool was greatly enjoyed by all. We utilized it as a respite from the heat, as well as, a wonderful private vantage point for viewing the nightly fireworks from Disney. The gameroom, playground, and tennis courts provided added diversions from any potential boredom setting in. We can't wait to return and have already recommended this home to our family and friends!

My husband and I brought our 3 children five and under and our parents over 70. Every one of us thought the house was wonderful. It was spacious and efficient. The decor was fabulous. Everyone felt at home. The pool was the highlight. When we weren't at the parks (only 2 days out of 7), we were all swimming. The water was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was a nice treat too. We hope to come again. Thank you for sharing your home.
