This is an AMAZING HOME!

We rented this house for 3 days and had our wedding reception there. Our closest friends and relatives were able to stay at this spacious house and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! The large driveway is big enough to set up a 40x30 tent and still have plenty of room to spare. Justin, the owner, is very helpful and inviting. We loved the open layout of the family/living room area and the pool! For the price, the house offers a ton of value. Also worth mentioning is the convenience of any type of shopping nearby as well as the airport. Honeymoon Island, a great beach in the area, is a straight shot west from the house. Wonderful experience!

We had 3 families (14 people) and the home was everything we'd hoped. Very roomy and private yet not too far away from anywhere. We all enjoyed the pool and the large, built-in outdoor grill. Justin is beyond accommodating and was available for help and questions the entire vacation. Can't say enough good things about the treatment we received. Highly recommend.

Met up with several friends from all over the country for a fantastic weekend getaway at this lovely property. Spacious, clean, well-tended, well-managed, well-furnished...with a great pool, barbeque, televisions and lovely neighborhood....we all had a great time!!
We can't wait to go back....

We had a group of four families with 10 kids staying in the house for 1 week. The house was big enough for everyone to spread around. Furnitures, applicanecs, and AV equipments were better than we expected. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool. Great location for Busch Garden (20 min), Honeymoon island beach (15 minutes), and a grocery, Target, Walmart, all within 5 minutes. Best of all, the owner was so accomodating, and helpful. He made our vacation so much better. We will definitely return.

Once you drive into the entrance the property is going to transport you to another state of relaxation. The mediterranean design promises you an experience that doesn't disappoint. As you what through the front entrance you get the feel for the size and scope of the house and property. Whether you are staying for a couple of days or a couple of weeks this place is going to help recharge you.

We were looking for this house to accomplish two things for us the week we rented it and it accomplished them with flying colors. First, we needed a place for about for some of the visiting family about 16 people to stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and settle in. Second, we needed a place to have our Indian wedding ceremony. The property was easily transformed with the wide open entrance and drive. The house is so impressive and comfortable it had every guest wanting to live here.

The house offers a layout that gives guests some privacy along with the touch of luxury . The property is very clean and the pool area was a refreshing treat for all.
The location is central to the beaches and downtown Tampa and other attractions. It offers a great retreat to recharge yourself after an entire day of trekking about.


This is a great choice for families or large groups, it beats any hotel hands down.

My family recently stayed at Justin's house for a week. We had 3 married couples, my 72 year old father, and my teenage son. There was more than enough room for all of us and everything we wanted to do was close. We spent a day at Clearwater Beach, a day at Busch Gardens, a day at the Florida Aquarium and some of us went to the Adventureland Water Park. My teenage son spent a day wakeboarding with Darin Shapiro. We also spent time just lounging around the house and pool. Each night we gathered and watched the NBA playoffs on the big screen tv. It was a perfect vacation spot for us. We really appreciated having the computer and internet available, too. We felt so at home with the nice kitchen, grocery store close by, the outdoor patio and grill. We will definintly try to stay here again.

Just recently came back form a 3 day trip for my bachelor party and the house is simply amazing. If you ever wanted to live like millionare for a weekend, this is the place. The owner is more than accomodating for all requests, nice heated pool and all the amentites you could ever ask for. You will not be disappointed!

I have nothing but good things to say about the house and owner of this property. Just got back from a long weekend at the house and was thoroughly impressed. We had 12 guys down to Tampa for a golf trip and the accomodations were perfect. 12 slept very comfortably. Owner was very attentive to any issues (although there really weren't any).The pictures on the internet don't even do justice to how nice the house is. The pool and patio were fantastic and the interior of the house was very nice. Great golf and downtown only 20 minutes away. Would not hestitate to rent the house again.
