First I want to say Thank You! My family and I loved this place, and we had an awesome time!
I highly recommend this condo to anybody. This condo is right at the beach, is beautiful furnished and what a view! With only steps to the beach and as well to the pool. Perfect place to come and relax. They even have beach toys for the little ones! It is the perfect place to stay! We are definitely staying in this condo again sometime soon.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriends. It was comfortable, clean, all the amenities we wanted and a great location. If you live in or around Orlando, this would be a great little spot to stay. You literally walk out the back door to the beach. How great is that! I would definitely rent again!

I was very pleased with my stay here! The view was spetacular, couldn't have gotten any better. The pictures of the condo, really does not do it's justice...it was alot nicer in person. The condo had everything you needed for a relaxing time on the beach. Fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc. Really couldn't have chose a better condo for the price! All in all...I highly recommend this condo!!!

The first morning, we sat down to breakfast and I just said "WOW! We really get to look at this view while eating breakfast!"
Each day we would find new beach toys to play with, and the cooler.
It was a great place to stay, location in town, closeness to the beach. Great bike ride everywhere. We did bring our bikes, and it was nice to have the garage so they were safe each night.
The only discrepancy with the description was no internet access, but the county had WiFi so the teenagers were happy. We didn't see a modem box, and probably should have let Rex know, but too involved with the beach each day!
We will definitely use Rex again!

This was our 4th stay at condo.Owner has always been the greatest to work with.The unit has always been in the best shape,being on the beach watching the sunrise,cruise ships leaving daily,steps from the beach.The unit has everything you would need during your stay.The condo complex is well maintained and the pool is great.Will stay again. My family and I had a great time at your condos. Your units were beautiful and they were just what we were looking for. The proximity to the pool and the beach was perfect, considering I have a 4 month old who frequently needs to go inside to eat.

I just want to say thank you and that we really enjoyed staying at your place and would like to vacation there again in the future. My parents are also interested in renting for a extended period, so if you can let me know what if any time periods are available in the winter months, that would be great. ...again thankyou

We have stayed in this unit on two different occasions. I shouldn’t have waited so long to put in a good review after our first visit. This place is really great. The condo complex older but this unit is really nice and it is such a great location! The beach is great; the unit is near Kennedy Space Center, and only an hour’s drive to Disney. We are a family of four. The unit is perfect for a family, with a King bedroom (oceanfront!) and twin beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Great privacy! One of the many closets is equipped with beach chairs, bogie boards and sand toys. In another closet you will find beach towels. You only need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook and eat meals in the unit. I had everything I needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. We ate most meals in the unit. The dishwasher made it so easy. We also ate out, as Cocoa has some nice restaurants. There is even a restaurant just a beach walk away for a nice lunch beachfront! The unit is nice and clean, roomy and the views are outstanding. We watched Dolphins swimming, rode in some great waves, loved the beach and enjoyed the pool. After our day out at the beach we would drop the bathing suits and beach towels in the washing machine/dryer (so convenient inside the unit!) and we would be ready for our next day out. We travel quite a bit and we enjoy nice places to stay. This is a nice place to stay. A few months after our first stay, I was asking my children what they thought was their favorite vacation. My six year-old thought about all the many places we had stayed and he answered “my favorite hotel is Spanish Main in Cocoa Beach”. We look forward to another visit. Dealing with the owner is a pleasure. He is great at answering questions about the unit and the area. Whenever I send him an email with a question he is very quick to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, easy beach vacation.
