Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, the flawlessly clear blue water, and the fabulously one of a kind atmosphere of Navarre Beach in this 17th floor luxury penthouse condo of Beach Colony Resort, located directly gulf front on the sands of Navarre Beach. Step out onto the balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast. One minute on the balcony during sunrise and you will realize why you needed to come here. Most of the Beach Colony views are now obstructed by another building. This view is absolutely magnificent!

This upscale condo is a lovely decorated penthouse unit that sleeps 6-8 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf and 30 miles eastward to Destin. The living room couch converts into a queen-sized sleeper. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six.

There is an adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. Double doors lead to the private and elegant penthouse master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet.

The master bath/spa is this penthouse’s peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful travertine walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. The spacious second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and a full bathroom. The bedroom is considerably big, and can conveniently become a separate suite by closing the pocket door. This penthouse also has a separate laundry room.

This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet and a Panasonic 50 inch plasma TV is in the living room. TVs, VCRs and DVDs in each room provide much opportunity to be entertained and the large balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax.

The Beach Colony pool, which was recently rebuilt and is now open is the largest pool on Navarre beach. New clay tennis courts were recently added and are available for free guest use. The beaches are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches.

At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the free fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer. Fish from the longest pier in Florida, available just outside the condo.

I have spent my vacation in the Panama City/Destin/Navarre Beach area for the last forty plus years and I have not found a better place to stay than this condo. The view from the 17th floor is breath taking and the inside of the penthouse is just as beautiful. I would and have recommended this place to everyone. I intend to make this my regular vacation stop.

The pictures of the condo do not fully show how comfortable and updated that the condo is. The property was immaculate and well maintained. vlcI did enjoy the view .. it was spectacular. We saw sea turtles, rays, and a dolphin from our balcony. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful.. The owner really explained so much in her email to me and was wonderful and easy to talk with... I would definitely return to the same unit for vacation again.

We, inlcuding our three young kids, absolutely LOVED the condo and we had a wonderful time. The view from the condo was breathtaking... literally made my heart skip a beat to look over the railing. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Loved how the kitchen was stocked full of cooking utensils and loved the ice maker. The manager in the office was sweet and accommodating and the office bathrooms were very pretty, clean, convenient and we used them often. The elevators were nice and fast. I loved their added security in requiring a code for each floor. I enjoyed being within walking distance to the fishing pier which was great for watching dolphins, sea turtles and sting rays. Most of all Karen was great to deal with... she answered all my questions promptly and accurately. We would love to come back and I would recommend it to anyone.

To sum it up....awesome! Once Tropical Storm Debby blew down the coast the week was gorgeous, loved being able to look out from balcony and see the beauty God allowed us to see. Perfect Spring Get Away

Staying in this condo was the perfect (and much needed) get-away for my family this Spring Break. My oldest son celebrated his 9th birthday at the condo. The rooms were beautifully furnished and the mattress in the master suite was super comfy!! We were lucky to have beautiful weather for most of our stay, but even on foggy mornings, the views were gorgeous from the 17th floor! If you rent this room, be sure to leave your beach chairs and umbrellas at home - this condo has plenty to choose from! The check-in process went very smoothly and they were even able to get us checked in a little early (We are super grateful - after traveling 10 hours with 3 kids, we needed to unwind and stretch out). This was our second trip to Navarre Beach, but our first in this condo. We have fallen in love the laid-back island and can't wait to return next year! Great for families with young children... this is not a party town. :)

My wife and I had a beautiful time at Beach Colony this weekend. Besides some dreary weather, we had a great time. The property was listed appropriately, photos were accurate and grounds were nice. To be picky, when you turn the jets on in the tub, mildew chunks came out. Not the end of the world, but a little gross for such a nice bathroom. Thanks Karen for such a nice birthday for my wife!.

Best place to stay on Navarre Beach. The condo is beautiful and immaculate, the view is magnificant, the soft white fragrant towels are wonderful, the clear ocean bottom shows all the sting rays and sea life in the water from the 17th floor, the sun rise is fabulous, you're right next to the pier and the people are so friendly! Can you ask for more!

If you are looking for a luxury get-away, this is a perfect choice! I'm half way through my stay and I'll absolutely be back. This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, everything is in great working order and the balcony is huge. I love seeing the sun rise while still in bed and also watching the sweeping pink, orange and blue sunset from the balcony in the evening. 5 STARS!
