Enjoyable stay in Mesa Arizona

We vactioned in Mesa Arizona from December 26, 2007 to January 03, 2008. This unit is a ground floor unit with an attached one car garage and patio area off the living room. The unit was noticeably professionally cleaned upon our arrival. All appliances, dishes, glasses etc. appear new. The furniture - couch, beds, chairs were very comfortable and appear newer as well. It has a spacious Master Bedroom suite with walk in closet and oversized soaking tub. The second bedroom is good sized also with an adjoining bathroom that has a stall shower. There is a full size washer and dryer which came in very handy. It was a nice surprise to see that the unit had cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc. as well as laundry detergent and some staple items - salt, pepper, olive oil, mustard, ketchup etc. even some cool dvd's to watch and books to read.
The club house and pool is very close to the unit but not too close to hear the pool noise. The unit itself is very quiet and we did not hear anyone.
There is a Fry's grocery store, Coffee Bean and restaurants all within walking distance.
We did not go for golf however did see a golf course very close to the unit. We were here for a baseball tournament in which our son played in at Red Mountain Fields which is just about a ten minute drive from the condo.
There is a shopping center just on the other side of the freeway - 5 minute drive - with Macy's, Dillard's etc.
We would recommend the the Bone Fish Grill and Cold Stone for dessert.
We would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Beautiful Condo

This was our first time in Arizona and we are so glad we chose this condo. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo complex is very nice and well kept. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping and getting on the Interstate for travelling. We were very comfortable here and loved sitting out on the patio watching and listening to the fountains. We had family over for a meal, or two, and there was lots of room for us all around the dining table. The most impressive thing about the condo was how sparkling clean it is! We would highly recommend Vince and Mary's condo to any one and would definitely return.

Great Condo!!

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for a week while we went to several spring training baseball games. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pictures do not do the condo justice. The condo looks practically new and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/small appliances/utensils, etc. as well as paper goods and cleaning supplies. The condo is located very near shopping, many restaurants, and a grocery store. The owners were excellent to deal with, and I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a Mesa condo.

This condo is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. available. The condo was very clean and well supplied with extras. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.
