A very pleasant surprise

Cute house in great condition. It is a nice size for five or six people. The owners were great to deal with. This is a perfect way to see St. Michaels without the high price of the hotels or the hassle of driving there and back in a single day. We'd go back anytime.
Owner's Response: Sean,
Thank you so much for such a super review. All our guests seem to really enjoy being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of St. Michaels. There is plenty of room to park a boat trailer or RV and new equipment is being added to our beautiful playground and park right down the street! Visit us anytime! Judy

Love that Pot Pie House

Judy & Bob's "Pot Pie House" is the perfect place to stay while visting the Chesapeake Bay Area.Great house with all you need in a nice friendly neighborhood with super nice owners. Minutes from St Michael's, Tilghman Island , Oxford & Easton. Soooo much to see and do. St Michael's has some great places to visit for a nice meal, coffee and sweets or to shop for fun gifts right on the water.Good SEAFOOD DISHES!! We stayed during Halloween and enjoyed the festive town and parade. Tilghman Island has a fantastic view of the Chesapeake. A must see..Take a trip to the historical town of Easton for shopping or a nice meal. Stop at the Amish Farmers Market for some taste treats. Take the Ferry to Oxford and drive around the town. All in all this trip was lots of fun and the area is beauiful. Never met so many nice people. Can't wait to visit again..Love that " Pot Pie House"...

My wife and I spent a long weekend in the Pot Pie house and had a fantastic time. The owners could not have been more personable and the neighborhood was quaint and warm. If you are looking for the best deal in the St. Michaels area, look no further!

Wonderful House!

My girls call this "their" Pot Pie House!
We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. The house was charming, tastfully decorated and very comfy. Photos really cannot depict how beautiful the house is. We felt right at home and were so sad to have to leave.
We traveled for a wedding reception and lots of people who came were from out of town- so of course at the reception, I raved about the house and have a feeling more people will be staying there in the future!
With our family of 4 little girls and a restricted diet- renting a house was the only way to go. Having all those comforts and privacy of a home made our vacation all that more special. Comparing the cost between a home, and the local hotel- we definately got the better deal with the Pot Pie house.
Everything we could need was there, and Judy and Bob made it perfect with their hospitality and warmth.
Thank you both for a wonderful stay!
Hope to see you again soon!!!!!!

Home Away From Home

Phil and Kim Tremont, IL
Review Submitted: August 9, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pot Pie House. Judy and Bob have made their home a most inviting place to relax in. It's just like being in your own home - it's just that comfy, cozy. The house has all the amenities you need and then some! The kitchen, for example, even has spices for cooking.

Pot Pie House is very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. No odds and ends thrown in there just to furnish the house. It is also immaculate. The bed and linens in the master bedroom are quite heavenly! Big, thick towels in the bath, roomy closets in the bedrooms, games to play, magazines and books to read, and cable TV are definite +'s for staying here.

Judy and Bob went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were great about providing information on the local happenings, places to see, eat at, and shop in. Bob even came up with baseballs, gloves and a bat for our sons to use! The boys were pretty impressed that Bob went out of his way to make their leisure time more fun!!

We highly recommend the Pot Pie House to everyone for accomodations while in the area. Give Judy and Bob a call. You'll be glad you did!

A Wonderful Labor Day Weekend!

When we arrived, the house was immaculate! It is in a wonderful location - about 4 miles from St. Michaels - which was perfect to not be in the crowded, more touristy area.
The house is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a week, or even weekend getaway. We made use of the outdoor picnic table, took walks, and even met some of the friendly neighbors!
The owners of the house were extremely accessible, and wonderful to work with! It was a wonderful trip - and we will definitely be coming back again!
