Soak in the gorgeous views and clean air of Arizona, waiting for you to come and enjoy. Single level for easy access, completely refurbished, refurnished and redecorated with new carpet and hardwood floors, our cozy townhome provides you a welcome and comfortable getaway.

2 queen sized beds will make you rested for your entire stay, PLUS very comfortable queen sized sofa bed. Baseball fan? Training camps just 1.5 miles away! (No increase in rates... book early!)

This was going to be our retirement home, and was thusly improved and furnished. We lived overseas for 22 yrs and have many keepsakes from 42 countries. We love to share our home. Welcome.

Our college friends have lived here for 30 yrs. Where else can you wake up just about every morning and say, 'What a beautiful day! Just look at that view!' And have so many things to do and see.

We just returned from our first visit to Arizona. We loved the sunshine immediately and appreciated the concern of Steve and Bobbi when we were late arriving. The townhouse was more than expected, the shiatsu chair much appreciated by hubby's bad back. The central location allowed us to explore the many areas Phoenix has to offer. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

Welcome! This is a newly, completely, renovated town home, ready and waiting for your visit and comments. I started doing this because of the positive experience I had with a VRBO home and wanted to pass that positive experience on to my renters! Enjoy.
