Exceeded All Expectations

Judy & Kim Cary, NC & Norfolk, VA
Review Submitted: May 4, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
The condo exceeding all of our expectations. It was spotless, beautiful, roomy and had all (or more) of the amenities of home. When we were driving home, we all agreed that our favorite thing about our trip to Asheville was where we stayed. When we left, we wished that we had stayed much longer!

The location was superb and most convenient. At the same time, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. It's a great value for the money. We would recommend with no hesitation! It was almost better than being at home.

We ate breakfast every morning at the Green Sage restaurant, a mere 1.5 blocks away which was scrumptious. If we had stayed longer, we would have cooked at the condo though as the kitchen was better equipped than most homes and it was beautiful. Don't miss out on the French Broad Chocolate Cafe which is less than a block away.

To sum up, we won't stay anywhere else when we return to Asheville!

We stayed at 35 Patton last weekend and it was an absolutely perfect place to stay in Asheville. Everything was amazing! The beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to walk to everything downtown and felt like we were staying at a friend's house.
Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to rent in Asheville.

Oct 2009 - Four of us stayed in this cute condo that was impeccably furnished and immaculately clean. Steps away from the heart of Asheville, with ample parking yards away. Private entrance from the street as well as via elevator.

Owner/manager is very conscientious and detail oriented with excellent and prompt contacts. Why stay in a one room 400 sq ft hotel room, when you can stay in something like this!

Every possible amenity was included in the Loft; not to mention the outstanding original art and decor provided by Eli. I simply cannot wait to return.

35 Patton - Stay here!

Review Submitted: August 12, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
My friend and I stayed at 35 Patton for the weekend and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The loft is very spacious (multi-level) and beautifully appointed. The owner is a gifted artist and her artwork is on display in the unit and also in 51 College (which adjoins 35 Patton by a hallway.)

The beds are wonderful, the linens are very nice, and everything is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped - everything you might need for eating in or hosting others.

The loft is located downtown in the center of everything with a convenient parking lot right across the street. Lots of resources are provided so you can easily plan excursions without having done your own homework.

We loved our weekend in Asheville and will visit often - 35 Patton and 51 College will be our first choices of accommodations.

Urban Chic in an artsy mountain community is how I would describe the 35 Patton loft. I hesitate to share because I want this place for myself :-)

I came to visit Asheville and the mountains but I ended up spending most of my time visiting Downtown so I could spend more time inside enjoying the loft! I'll have to come back again to see what else Asheville has to offer and of course this location will be where I choose to stay. Thanks for being even better than the pictures!
