Private setting on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island. Short walk to rocky beach. Rustic cottage in generally good condition, some problems with sliders (fogged) and screens (jammed). Great starting off point for seeing the area.

Owner's Response: All three sliding glass doors were replaced at the end of 2010. The house was built in the 1950's and some of the windows have crank handles, which are original, and should be used gently.
